The front desk staff are fantastic!

We especially like the Crowne Plaza because they are pet friendly and treat us and our little Shih-tsu puppy very well. Our room is big and quiet and the restaurant is quite good. We will stay there yet again

Loud air conditioning unit and failed wake-up call

Pros: Clean
The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud and went on and off all night. Every time it went on it made an very loud thunk which would jolt me awake. There was a card in the room that said wake up calls were guaranteed otherwise your stay would be free. I did not get my wake up call and my stay was not complimentary.

Pros: Staff front desk very good and knows the area and restaurants.
Cons: elevators need to be redone.

Very nice hotel conveniently close to stores

Pros: The rooms and the clean environment
Cons: The bath tub did not let the water go down quickly and a refrigerator and microwave were necessary
It was very clean and the facilities available were good

Pleased With This Hotel Selection

Property was clean w/pretty decor and full room amenities, location was perfect and easy to find (right off I-95), room service food was prompt and very tasty, staff was friendly and accommodating, and room had ample space to relax for an overnight stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling on the road who needs a pretty, clean, friendly hotel to stay overnight or even for a week!

The fire alarm rang at 10PM and then 3AM and awakened many of us. It was a false alarm both times. Due to it I requested a free breakfast and the staff complied with the request
