Clean and decent sized room, but there was a used washcloth in the bathroom when we first checked in. One comforter had a cigarette burn hole in it, the coffee maker in the room was dirty, the shower head shook when the shower was on, some random person outside tried to sell us drugs and then asked for money when we told him “no”. Upstairs guests were banging on the walls and and floor (our ceiling) around 6am. Told the front desk and it stopped for a little bit but then picked up again.

The bathtub was not in good condition, bath floor not upkeep. The reception area has a certain scent I cannot describe. As advertised, I was expecting breakfast to be included in my charge but found out it was only coffee available. There was also a small cockroach in the bathroom crawling. When I arrived, I wished I chose other hotel. I was disappointed and felt that the area was not safe. Staff was nice though.

This motel is terrible! Very very dirty. Smells like a public restroom. The area around is inappropriate for people with kids. Industrial zone, unfriendly, feels unsafe We just couldn’t stay and we left . We were happy to find another place to stay for the night.

This place is basically a dump. We had to stay here because we had no other option. The hotel room was clean and the bed comfortable. It is not place where you can get rest. The highway traffic you can hear, you can hear word for word what is being said in the other rooms. I heard more than I wanted! The hotel needs a giant face lift!

This Place is a DUMP, DO NOT STAY there
The place is a Dump, non smoking room reeked of cigarettes, linens, pillows, all dirty a burnt, bathroom deserves to be in National Geographic, dope smell all over, shady characters roam the stairs and hallways.. Left RIGHT AWAY, promised refund and now are refusing to do so. DO NOT STAY THERE!!! Unless you are into dealing, quickies with crack hookers or need a place to be after prison. Refund MY MONEY !!!!

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. It is disheartening to learn that you did not enjoy your stay and that the room was not properly and thoroughly cleaned and maintained according to the high standards of our housekeeping and maintenance staff. Not bad
The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The pillows were three small squares, only enough for one. The description stated, continental breakfast included, nothing to eat or drink, so I went next door to Dunkin Donuts.
