BEWARE!!!!
Eveything was extremely outdated and dirty. The pullout bed was paper thin and dirty as could be. The beds were terrible. The 1st room smelled so bad we had to request another room. The 2nd room had such a sticky floor you couldnt walk without shoes. The door jam area was gone. The tv didnt work hardly. The entire place honestly needs condemmed and rebuilt. I sadly wouldnt let my dog stay here. The staff was friendly but overall it was terrible. Booked 2 nights and left for a better hotel. Hopefully they will upgrade and make things better.

This place was nasty, nasty room. Dirty carpets. No trash can. Dirty towels on the back door. Overall a depressing place. Don't waste your money alsooooo...no breakfast just snacks...lmfao

Mattresses super uncomfortable
Tossed and turned during our 8 day stay on uncomfortable mattresses. Amenities were nice. Pool was small but clean. Managers were helpful. Gave us a discount for the 1st night when there was no mattress for the pull out couch. Next day a new mattress was brought for couch. Stove top burners mostly worked.

The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful! Everything was clean, beds were clean, floor, pool, all clean. The property itself is fairly old feeling, nothing fancy at all, no ice machine. Overall for a cheap clean place to sleep it was decent.

The placs is pretty clean and a ok area but the constant noise is overwhelming. I was gonna stay for a week but after 3 days of hardly no reat because of the people above me stomping around allday and kids plaging inthe hallways n being loud all day i left.the fridge in the room didnt work and i was told there was nothjng they could do and the wifi was almost nonexistent

Fleas in the room, hotel smelt bad. The one lady working did her best to accommodate it wasn’t her fault, whoever owns this hotel needs to do better. I would have left if I hadn’t already taken my sleep meds instead I woke up with bites all over me

It was decent price and looked nice from the outside. I’m not too picky, but I like things presentable. The lobby was clean, not much for staffing, took forever to check in. Our room smelt, their was mold in the shower, the door was hard to shut, the lock was broken, there was chipped paint everywhere, and the dresser had a broken drawer. They said they think the pool is closed because of Covid and repairs, common areas looked clean. The beds were decent, def a full size bed not a queen, room stayed cold, easy to grab breakfast.

First of all when they gave me the room they gave me the wrong one, when I opened the door there were people inside the room. what a bad experience. 2. there were roaches in the room. 3. We asked for pillows and sheets that were never provided. we will never stay in this hotel again

The continental breakfast was totally untrue. I was expecting at least cereal for the kids and waffles to put in toaster no such thing. Was very disspointed. I actually believe because of this I should get a portion of my bill credited.

The room we was suppose to check into was nasty, bathroom dirty, the guest before still had lose change on the table, the room had a high odor of bleach but the room was.still dirty. The cleaning lady accused us of messing up the room and we wasnt even there 2 min before going back to the lobby. Then we just asked for a new room, but we could hear someone in the back being rude so we asked for a refund and left worst experience ever after driving 9hrs from Virginia. My husband has stayed in extended stay for months at a time for work purposes wasnt expecting this level of service we will not be supporting this franchise anymore.

First room we checked into wasn’t the cleanest room and also found flees/bugs, probably from previous guest with dogs/pet. We switched rooms no problems, and next room was better. Still a little dirty, but was a good stay once we switched rooms.

The hotel was dirty - the last occupants clothing was still in our room in the drawers. We asked for a blow dryer and were told it was in our room which it was not - one was never provided. WE reserved two full beds - at check in they only had one bed and a sleeper. Downstairs hallway smelt like a wet dog.Would not stay there again.
