“I was hoping for a litle bit better”

The hotel is nice, but for the price i paid i was expecting a little bit cleaner restroom, also once i got there tired i had to go back downstairs 2 times to make my key work. In the morning I left the 'Do not disturb sign' hinging at the door but still the hotel made tried to open the door 3 times and yelling to open the door, then she sow the sign and left but it was to late we got disturbed already.

“Extended stay jax”

The room was dirty. Bedsheets will be changed only if u stay more than a week or have to pay every day. Trash has to be emptied by ourself. toiletery - we r on our own. Bathroom was dirty. Was worse than a motel.

“Somewhat satisfied”

The room was very clean but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was a non-smoking room. We bought air freshener but that didn't help. One of the double beds had metal attachments sticking out that two of my kids scratched their legs on. I had to go down to get sheets for the hide-a-bed. There was a man waiting for service already and when the worker finally came out, she acted like we were really bothering her. We were told that the continental breakfast was from 6:30-9:30, but they put it away at 9:00. Those were irritations but not enough to keep us from coming back unless we can find another hotel that is better.

“"I had a great stay!!!!!!"”

We had a great stay, my kids really enjoyed the poolside view.. The complete kitchen was thoroughly used and enjoyed, everything was really clean.. My only very small issue was the pull out sofa bed did not have a sheet or blanket readily accessible in the room and I was not aware that breakfast was not served on the weedends, that was a bummer, otherwise; our stay was great!!!!!!!

Southside / Baymeadows / Mandarin due to there are so many venues to choose from in which so many are family oriented....

“Will Consider Again”

There were three issues. We had coffee the first night, but after that it wasn't available. Luckily I had brought my own and the manager found some filters. The shower was stuck on "ON", but I didn't bring it up till the night before we left. Just didn't want the disruption of a maintenance person coming in. Between the noise from the air conditioner and the refrigerator - it was loud. BUT, my husband will be getting a kidney transplant, and we will have to stay for a month. I will consider staying here again because it is very pet friendly. The problems that we had were insigificant for the money.

“Not impressed”

I was not overly impressed with this hotel. I felt as though the customer service could have been a lot better. When I first walked in there were dogs in the front office and the employees were paying more attention to the dogs than the person who just walked in. When I checked in the woman gave me the card to the room but did not explain to me where the room was located so I had to look for it. Also, they advertise free breakfast and only offer on the weekdays the hotel should add a disclaimer excluding weekends. Probably will not go back there.
