“Very Satisfactory”

I stayed here when I went down to see my Marine at Camp Geiger. There were all kinds of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The front desk was very helpful when I needed it. My room was very clean. Overall a very satisfactory stay.

“A decent clean hotel.”

After reading many Jacksonville hotel reviews, I chose Fairfield for its amenities and location. I selected well. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable, and NO BEDBUGS! My room was super clean and I just love the chaise/ottoman in the room to watch cable TV. A basic but decent hotel. I will stay here again when I'm in Jacksonville. Having a sizable microwave and refrigerator in the room lessened the necessity for daily dining out. The free breakfast buffet is generous and decently stocked.

Area recommendations

Jacksonville Mall ... big shopping and people watching! Restaurants galore! I had a ball.

“Going to see a Marine, would definitely recommend this hotel”

Nice hotel, sits back off the main road, trees and grass out my window, no car noise, I was near the elevator and it couldn't have been quieter, good breakfast but would have liked at least boiled eggs, they did have microwave meat sandwiches but wasn't sure I would like that so I stuck to what I knew I liked, extremely soft mattress, wireless internet no problem, lots of TV channels, pool was still open in late Sept and hot tub so I enjoyed that for an hour or so

Area recommendations

We ran down to Emerald Isle for a few hours, took about 40 min to get there from hotel, very pretty and they have free parking areas with bathrooms and showers, they do have a small mall in Jacksonville I went to just a couple of miles down from the hotel, Walmart was at the next red light

“Always can depend on a Fairfield Inn”

We have stayed in various Fairfield Inns through the years and have always been extremely satisfied with all their staff, amenities, cleanliness. It has always been reassuring to know that we will be well taken care of and the Fairfield Inn and Suites, Jacksonville was no exception. They were outstanding!

Area recommendations

We were only in the area for a change of command ceremony at Camp Lejeune. We did not explore the surrounding towns because we had to travel home right after the ceremony was over.

“Good Location”

Stayed at the Fairfield in February to attend my daughters wedding at Camp Lejuene. Hotel was close to everything. Service was excellent. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Will stay there again.
