Thanksgiving with a family

The staff was very sweet and friendly to our little ones. We we're bummed the hot tub was broken. But breakfast was plentiful and good choices. Room was clean and quiet.

I appreciate the Hampton Inns for their across the board standards, but I was a bit disappointed in this Hampton Inn. The staff was helpful & courteous, but the pool was small, the hot tub was broken and the warm food choices in the morning consisted of scrambled eggs and substandard potatoes. The smell when walking into the room was clean, but a bit overpowering. Also we could not get the room to cool down.

Thanks for being our guest while passing thru. We are currently working on the spa issue and hope to have it respolved by the end of the week. We are estremely sorry that this was down while you were vising and hope this doesnt effect any future stays wiht us while traveling through the area .

Great hotel, unfortunate thin walls

This is a very nice, new hotel. The rooms are nice and cozy. The overall hotel appearance is exceptional. Breakfast choices were less than we expected after staying at similar hotels. The one thing that completely spoiled our overnight stay was the noise from other rooms. We clearly heard the conversations of the neighboring rooms, and were kept from a restful sleep by the snoring of a gentleman in the next room. I have never stayed in a hotel that I could so clearly hear snoring from a neighboring room. The in-room temperature control had no option for the fan to continuously run and provide some "white noise." We were able to doze off when the unit kicked on. Unfortunately, a good rest is what we needed most with this stay, otherwise the hotel was excellent. It was not a total loss -- wife and I found other things to do.

Pros: Beds
We love the beds in Hampton Inns and we used the hot tub several nights. The jets were not working, but they told us the parts were ordered and that can happen anywhere. Front desk staff were very friendly.

An Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the property was well maintained. The breakfast each morning was so yummy too compared to other hotels.

Off the highway

Clean, quiet, great breadfast bar only a couple of miles off of the main highway. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
