This is a fairly new hotel and it's fabulous we love staying there. The staff is very friendly and hotel is very clean and comfortable. They have the most comfortable beds i've ever slept in.

“Totally Great!”

It was a great place. It was newly built and everything was great. My stay was only 1 night but it was comfortable and close to downtown. The pictures of the hotel is a little misleading with a picture of a walk-in shower, but the basic room you get a basic shower/tub combo. However, the bathroom looked great and the beds were very comfortable. For the most part, it was quiet when we were there, but it was around a holiday time and businesses near by was closed due to the holiday so that may have played a part. Overall, it was a great place and everything was great!

“Better than Advertised”

We arrived at the hotel to find a property that was better than what we expected. The rooms were extremely comfortable, modern, clean and new. The staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely return stay here again.

“Excellent Location and Hotel”

We stayed here just one night so we could attend a football game. The locat ion is in the downtown area and also very close to the stadium. Our room was clean and very comfortable! Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Even though my room was not ready when I arrived, the clerk who assisted me was extremely accomodating and friendly. I had to get to another hotel each day for a school residency, and she made sure I had a ride for a mere $5, since the water taxi was unavailable so early. When the internet did not immediately work for me, a tech person was available and the matter was resolved quickly. Staff I ran into were really friendly; I know it doesn't make sense, but they made me feel more than welcome, more like family. Even though my residency was at the Hyatt (bigger, 'grander'), my room was more affordable AND a better deal than the Hyatt, with its nice TV, fridge and microwave. I would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to others.

“Very nice hotel in convenient location - Great value”

Great rate on this hotel which was very nice. I was only disappointed that we were in and out in less than 14 hours! I wanted to stay - the bathrooms were nice, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. If business or leisure takes me back to Jacksonville, I will definitely stay here again.
