Well situated but when I had to do the check in I had to wait for like 30 minutes because the same guy that was in the lobby was also delivering towels and thing to the rooms

I thought it was neat they have tables outside with a little propane fireplace, it was a huge bummer that the pool is only open from sun-up to sundown. That was the whole reason i stayed there was for the pool!

Great location for walking to restaurants and shopping. Staff at the hotel were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Jacksonville.

The only negative side is the quality of breakfast .. .. Breakfast is available at a charge but quality is very poor .. unfortunately this happens in all Hilton Garden Inn

The only thing I didn’t like was that the cleaning staff did not come daily. I did ask for more tissue and extra and they brought them up right away so I was thankful.

Brst stay ever!
I am in love with Hilton. After this ecperience, I am joining the rewards club. The room was sparkling clean, new, quiet because there was NO ADJOINING DOORS, great mattress nice eats.

Bed was made up with dirty sheets. Stains, wrinkled, and smelly sheets on bed. Reported it to front desk and the lady handed me another set of sheets. I removed dirty smelly sheets and re-made the bed.

Gave away my room
The front seat gave away my room and then said i can't get a refund because it was a non refundable room. So basically they got paid twice for one room in one night. After driving 12 hours the last thing you want is to Go look for another room because you got there so late in the night they gave it away and then won't refund you. Crazy!!!!!!!!!!

The moment you walk in it smells musty, like a really old building with water damage. The rooms smell just as bad if not worse. The pillows smelled like armpits! There was hair on the shampoo that the hotel provides. The pool is GREEN. If it wasn’t bc the hotel staff we interacted with was nice, I’d given this place no stars. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Easy and Quiet.
I was only in for a quick overnight stay for a friends memorial. The hotel was easy to get too, check-in was a breeze and it was nice and quiet. The location being next to several restaurants, bars and a movie theater would have made this an excellent choice had i had more time to spend in the area.
