“Perfect for price”

Yes, the rooms are small but ALL rooms come with a fridge and a microwave. The room did have a slight musty smell but any room would when the windows can't be opened to let in some fresh air. The shower was excellent, pressure was superb and the temp was more than sufficient. The bed had three pillows on it that were all of different firmness. The lobby was very nicely kept and there was even an old gumball machine where you could buy catfood to feed to the fish in the pond.

The hotel is ideally located two miles from the airport and I-95........Room was very clean and well maintained during my three nights. Continental breakfast was good. Staff was excellent and courteous during my stay. I would stay there again.

I would definitely stay here again. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the continental breakfast was decent. Great for the price! I was pleasantly surprised. And believe me, I'm a very picky individual.

“Outstanding service”

I have stayed at the Plaza five times in the last 6 months and service has always been excellent, from the staff recognizing me upon my arrival to the helpfullness of the maintenance supervisor when my son's wheelchair broke a bolt and needed repairs. He looked for replacement parts to do the repair and when he could not come across any, allowed me to use some of his tools to perform the repairs (Lowes located just down the street). The hotel is undergoing renovations (painting going on during our last visit, not at all intrusive) and continually improving their accomodations. The Plaza is an excellent value and I plan on staying there on all my trips to the area.

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, conveniently located hotel for a low price then this is the place. I was very impressed with the courtesy I was shown by the desk clerk. The rooms are small but if you're just looking for a place to hold up for the night on your way in or out of town this hotel is perfect.

“Wonderful Customer Service”

Before I made my arrangements with this hotel, I had called to verify that there was a shuttle to get me to and from the hotel in such an early hour. Both Expedia and the hotel were very customer friendly with this question. Unfortunityly I was delayed in Atlanta and was not able to use the hotel. The hotel gave me a refund on my credit card, and expedia had helped out with a coupon. Everyone was very kind and helpful with the arrangements and the refund. I will recommend this hotel again.

“Clean and quiet”

The room was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Within walking distance to waffle house. The only down side was the lobby was small. We were there for a cruise and there were many guests also there, so the lobby was crowded at times. But we received friendly service any time we had questions. Fast check in. Free wi-fi. Great value.

Southern hospitality is ALIVE and WELL, we had a wonderful time. The people, our room, the hotel and grounds meet the highest level of comfort. Thank you for a very memorable time. The only negative was the noise of the a/c units being against our headboard wall, suggestion - heavy duty insulate that wall asap for the next customer.
