“Everything I needed for my short stay”

The hotel was clean. I was able to exercise each day in the exercise room. The room had a microwave and refigerator both clean and in good working condition. The beds were comfortable, the airconditioner worked quietly, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was provided each morning until a specified time, but coffee was available 24/7. The staff was friendly.

“Would stay again”

No frills hotel, but has all the basics. I was house hunting for the week, and should have picked a place more intown JAX for access, but the microwave/fridge was cost-saving and convenient. Continental breakfast wasn't fancy, but got me going, and an extra yogurt & fruit was a snack driving about. Staff was attentive; room cleanliness good.

Area recommendations

Airport area for safety, access to I-95 and 295, and shopping and many restaurants.

“disappointed”

Every night I had to turn the bathroom extractor fan on and open the front door so I could get the .. ( well ... lets just say it wasn't cigarette ) smell out of the bathroom and room. My room was at the end of the hall so there was no other room beside mine and the room next door was vacant, so the very strong and awful smell came from the room below mine. When they started to smoke their funny stuff, they went inside their bathroom and turned the exaust fan on to suck the smoke out and that smoke end up in my bathroom and room every time they do it. This went on for the week I was their and at various times of the night. The other problem was the heat or the air condition unit wasn't efficient at all. If it was cold and you turned the heat on, it came on every half hour to an hour intervals and whenever it did came on, it only lasted for about 5 minutes, which was not enough to warm or cool your room. The TV on top of the closet was too high up and too small. There was no iron or iron board inside the room and the freezer could not keep a tub of ice cream from turning water. The room cleaning service was excellent and I must single out Celeste ( I think thats her name ) for keeping my room clean and the pillows fluffed up all the time. I wish I saw her the day I checked out so I could have gave her a huge tip but they said she was off that day and I didn't trust leaving it with somebody else.

“clean and comfortable”

My husband and I were just staying overnight to fly out of JAX the next morning. Everything was clean and neat and we had a very good experience. It was close to the airport and they have a stay and fly package so we could leave our car here while we were gone. When we got back the hotel van was very prompt in picking us up. All in all a good experience and we would stay here again.

“You get what you pay for..”

You get what you pay for, but it is cleaner than hotels I've stayed in, in this price range. Place smelled like bleach, but I'd rather that than smell funk.

“Good room”

“I will be back”

Service was excellent and staff was courteous and professional. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and it had everything I needed as far as nice size Flat Panel TV, Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. I will be coming back to this hotel on my next visit.

Area recommendations

City Square Drive, it had Wal-mart Superstore, shops and resteraunts which is less than 5 minutes from the hotel which was really convenient.

Less than 5 minutes from the airport it was very convenient.
