“Omni Hotel”

The staff was some of the most helpful I have ever experienced. My husband and I travel a good bit for business and pleasure. From the front desk, to the valet, wait staff, and room service; everyone took time with us and showed an outstandingly pleasant attitude. We were there for a musical appearing just across the street. I highly recommend staying at the Omni for these occasions. I know we will do it again!

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 3 years for an annual business conference. I always enjoy staying here. The staff is friendly and efficient, my room is always comfortable and clean, and the hotel overall is very classy.

The staff was awesome and friendly. They brought us a mini refrigeration and a microwave to our room. There was two beautiful weddings going on. Our stay was perfect all the amenities was more then what I expected. To add the picture shown is old the rooms are modern and the tv's are flat screens.

“Location, Location, Location”

Second time we have stayed here due to location to downtown. The Jacksonville Landing is right across the street so no need to drive anywhere. We attended a local concert at one of the bars this time and before at the Colleseum which was a short taxi ride away. The hotel is wonderful and only one of two on that side of the river so no worries about gettting back across (walking or taxi) to other hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful,and available 24/7. You do have to pay $20 for valet but can park yourself in the lot right next to the entrance if you want. Pool on the 4th floor and open until 10pm. Pleanty of entertainment and food close by.

Close to the Landing.. Restaurants & bars/clubs. Good location for job travel access to down town commercial area.

“Outstanding!”

This was an outstanding place to stay! The food there is exquisitely prepared, and the rooms are immaculate. The only thing is that the pool is frigid at night, though it is open to 11:00 p.m.

“Jacksonville Omni Hotel”

Was in Jacksonville on business only a 24 hour stay but needed a nice, clean and convenient hotel near the downtown location for my meeting. The room was quiet for working and set up comfortably for room to spead out files. Ordered dinner in the room and it arrived on time and was fresh. Concierge service was very impressive and the wake-up call was right on time. I would stay there again. However, if you are in to views, ask for one that does not overlook the parking lot. It didn't matter to me as I was not vacationing but this might be important to others there not on business.
