This was an outstanding place to stay! The food there is exquisitely prepared, and the rooms are immaculate. The only thing is that the pool is frigid at night, though it is open to 11:00 p.m.

“Jacksonville Omni Hotel”

Was in Jacksonville on business only a 24 hour stay but needed a nice, clean and convenient hotel near the downtown location for my meeting. The room was quiet for working and set up comfortably for room to spead out files. Ordered dinner in the room and it arrived on time and was fresh. Concierge service was very impressive and the wake-up call was right on time. I would stay there again. However, if you are in to views, ask for one that does not overlook the parking lot. It didn't matter to me as I was not vacationing but this might be important to others there not on business.

I travel quite a bit and this is a first rate hotel. I had my family with me and the hotel staff was very good. This hotel is very close to the Jacksonville Landings (restaurants and shops).

Everything at the Omni was First Class. Great "In the heart of Downtown Jax" Location. I am sure to stay at the Omni the next time we visit Jacksonville, Fl.

“Watch the blue bridge”

1. The Omni is attached to a Wachovia Bank Builidng. But there are TWO Wachovia Bank builidings in Jacksonville. The one that you can see from I-95 is the wrong one. I don't think that you can see the Wachovia name on the building that the Omni is attached to. You can spend quite a bit of time circliing the drain, trying to find the right streets when the problem is that you are on the east side of the blue bridge and need to be on the west side. 2. Omni's entrance is poorly marked >> it is impossible to see a second, third or fourth level sign that is parallel to the street if you are on the street level 3. Omni itself was great
