I definetly would not stay there again! when we checked in and were assigned our room we went to the room and noticed the door was not locked, upon entering we noticed coffee table was pushed up against desk and a plastic straw with white powder on the end and plastic baggies in the bathroom. Went to front desk and told what we had encountered and was told that noone had occupied the room the night before! Really skepical about staying but was already booked so got another room, with 2 small children I was really concerned, they even had a sign on the drive in telling you about thefts and to make sure you locked your vehicles, looked like a nice area!

We stayed at the Quality Inn first weekend in May. You get what you pay for. lesson learned. The hotel is recently under new management, they did have time to begin the extensive list of repairs. The exterior railings and walkways need reprinting, the pool was closed (not sure why). As for the rooms, they need major work. When we first arrived, we checked and the room we were given had a cracked mirror and a big hole the wall. The whole room need a fresh coat of paint. Also the hair dryer was covered in a red substance. Don't care to know what it was. The next morning we changed rooms. Again there was hole in the wall and the room smelled like smoke. The free breakfast was fair. Not exciting. The location was great -- right off the highway. One of the only good things about the hotel. The new owners were very nice. Hopefully they fix up the place quickly. Until then, do not stay there.
