Was very disappointed!

I knew we weren't staying in a 5 star hotel. the room was nice and it was clean. The pool was decent. All of a sudden they closed the pool without notifying anyone and we were left with NO pool access for 3 days! On our last day there was no water for about 6 hours. The staff had little information for us and there was no management around. I won't stay at a quality inn again simply because of the customer service here. the end of my vacation was ruined beause of this hotel and I was highly disappointed to say the least.

During your stay we had a pipe break and had to shut the water off unexpectedly to handle this issue, I do apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Nice hotel, convenient to restaurants and highway

Pros: Plenty of parking, good bed, quiet
Cons: Shower could have been cleaner
I was visiting Jacksonville for the Players Golf Tournament and this hotel worked out great for my plans

Pros: nothing
If I had not been so tired I would have left. All night I worried about spiders and bedbugs. There was a puddle around the base of the toilet when I checked in. The toilet was leaking all night. This listing should not even be an option

Not a terrible hotel just needs updating

This is not a terrible hotel especially if you are just staying one night but it definitely needs to be updated. It felt old.

Needs some work!

This hotel needs a lot of work. The staff doesn't speak English well. The room at first looks descent but once you get settled in you notice patches on the wall, wholes in the bedding and the bathrooms are gross around the toilet was disgusting mold in the shower and shower curtain. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. It says the hotel has pool and hot tub but both were out of order. Would recommend the you pay extra to say somewhere nicer.

Food left in r3efrig from the last person, old coffee bag left in coffee maker when I went to make a cup of coffee, room not clean......horrible

Health Hazard Hotel

Cons: Everything...cleanliness
Location: I didn't see anything close by.
The Hotel needs a renovation. The room had a terrible odor almost like mold. The exterior was not clean. Our bathroom was unacceptably dirty. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I went to Holiday Inn Express the next day and made reservations for the rest of our stay in Jacksonville because we had to stay 2 days longer than expected. This hotel was excellent.

Very unclean & dirty

Very bad experience cause I had to check out two days early no wifi fridge was not working ect

Furniture a little worn, asked for towels and bed sheets for pull out bed, they were never brought up, had to go get them from front desk. Overall an ok stay
