Loved our stay. We booked for the brkfst, but very disappointing. First day hard eggs like frisbees. Coffee and flavored creamers great.

So bad we couldn’t even check in when we got there. Had to wait a half an hour. It was almost 2 AM and we’re sitting in the lobby waiting for our room such an inconvenience because then we had to be checked out by 8am to be at the event we were going to.

Very basic, reliable, and convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was free in the lobby. ( waffles, eggs, bacon, coffee) Only complaint was the booking. I booked a double bed room they gave me a single bed room, no microwave. The key cards also had to be replaced multiple times. Oh yea there’s also NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

I liked everything about it. And I love that the staff was so friendly to me. They took time to talk to me. And when I had an issue checking in they helped me to get it resolved quickly. All the ladies were just so sweet and nice. I would definitely stay there again if I visited North Carolina.

Clean but won’t stay here again.
The Staff were amazing and very friendly, and very helpful. The hotel from the outside and lobby looked nice and somewhat modern, but our room was extremely humid and overall in poor quality. The humidity was so bad that our floor was visibly wet, the sheets felt wet. Even my papers and textbooks for college curled and wrinkled because of how wet it was in the room. Mostly everything was rusted that was metal. The beds were not comfortable, and pillows were basically lumps of separated fabric. It was overall clean, and not dirty , but I won’t stay here again, just due to everything that we brought being wet and wrinkled after we left, not to say that being in there was quite miserable when we spent a lot of the day in the room.

Our first stay at this Q.I. Convenient location. Helpful staff. Clean room. However, there is corrosion on several items in the room and a humidity issue in the room. This needs to be addressed.

Property needs to be updated how is it possible to have the coffee pot in the bathroom no closets walls are crack breakfast very poor also my room key need to be taken to the front to be register again because I couldn’t get inside my room and not a friendly staff specially the one for the breakfast.

First I need to say the property is under new management, and they literally just switched over and they have their hands full. When we checked in, they assigned us a room. The room hadn’t been cleaned yet, this was around 3:30pm in the afternoon. the second room was dirty…dead roaches, some kind of white crumbs all over the floors and a strong smell of Clorox in the air. We had to leave ( never done this before) The new management was very friendly and apologetic . I wish them the best but I wont be back

The room we stayed in was very filthy. It was old and had holes on the walls and dirt everywhere. The keys to our room would not work every time we left and came back. The breakfast was cold and served way too early. The staff in the front was helpful and that’s they only thing we liked from our stay. I would not recommend.

The reviews online looks decent. Upon entering the room… disgusting! I mean the floors are dirty, sheets were stained, German roaches everywhere, I mean everywhere! We received no housekeeping and dead bugs were located in the room floor, pool was closed I depend on reviews and this is one time that they failed. This property is no where safe for your health.
