Recent stay visit to USMC MCT

Overall good practical close. Staff nice helpful. Beds with squeaky springs but ok with comfort. Carpet needs scrubbed. Bsthroom clean water regulstion very touchy could get someone burnt. Con enidnt to gas food millitary areas.

Continental breakfast

Room was nice, but breakfast was lacking. On Monday they had said they ran out of everything for the most part from the weekend. Milk was just sitting in a gallon jug inside where it should come out from. Unless someone told you it was there you wouldn't have known they had milk. Bagels and bread were hard. Poor planning for sure on the hotel.

House keeping staff unfriendly.

First of all we asked for late checkout and was told they could accommodate a 1 pm checkout the day of checkout they called at 11am and said if we didn't checkout by 12 noon they would charge a half day. We were told that we could checkout at 1! Maybe that's the reason we were getting dirty looks from the housekeeping staff. My daughter forgot her pillow( one that she's had since she was a baby therefore irreplaceable ) in our room when we noticed it a couple hours later and we called they said no pillow in the lost and found. So guess the housekeepers were too lazy to put it in the lost and found and just trashed it. If the housekeepers hate their job so much ..QUIT! A person has no business being in the customer service with a chip on their shoulder. Without us annoying customers they would be without a job!!!
