My favorite part of this hotel was the gym. The room was nice but I don’ didn’t like the adjoining door which allowed noise to travel from the room next door. For two nights I listened to a man fuss at his toddler and the third night there was a loud Birthday party.

The Puerto Rican waitress, Paola. She is a nice person. she took care us while the breakfast time. The menu was excellent. The Crue and cleaning stuff are so nice... In my future trips to Jacksonville. I Am Petty sure stop by there..

I was Friday, and Saturday and checked out Sunday, I requested the room to be cleaned up, but to our surprise, the room was never touched. I called the front desk and immediately a Lady went up and replaced the towels, since we were tired we slept on the same unfix bed. The attendees were very polite and helpful. Yes, I will come back.

The staff at Delta by Marriott are so kind, competent and professional. Everyone greets you with a genuine smile and asks if there is anything they can do to make your stay better. The beds are extremely comfortable and the entire place is clean and fresh. The cafe in the lobby is wonderful for breakfast or a quick snack. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer.

Review of Premier Deerwood Jotel
While the hotel was relatively pleasant there was frequent noise. There was 24 hour noise from the nearby storage room, noisy housekeepers, building renovation starting relatively early in the morning (one morning we were woken up by jackhammers) water was turned off for a couple of hours on one day and interruption in TV service on another day. All staff were very helpful, however.

The lobby was under construction, that plays a role. The continental breakfast was just bad not much to offer. The bed was comfortable, slept like a rock. The shower was good, nice water pressure. The pool looked nice but we did not go in. Overall a nice place.

So the staff. Wonderful people (does not inlcude house cleaning). Front staff is the reason for thr 2nd star. The issues i had was 1. The tub was about half the size of a small normal tub you would see in an apartment. 2. The tub takes about 45 minutes to drain. The sink took several hours to drain. The toilet had buildup inside so bad it was showing outside the toilet, there was a leak coming through the bathroom ceiling. The ac unit on the wall was dead. Replaced with new batteries and it worked but the ac unit would not shut off and yet the room stayed about 80 degress. Ac unit in the room is extremly loud (sounds like animal banging around inside a dumster next you kind of sound). There was a half naked women standing outside the hotel when we arrived. Turned out to be a prositute who approached me with my 3 month old at the elevator. For about $150 for the night there is much safer and better hotels in the area. Again the only good things were the front desk staff and the t.v in the room.

Beautiful place very poor breakfast selection.
I am so disappointed about the poor selection of breakfast I went to La Quinta for $66 a night and had better breakfast also no microwave in the room. I will go for a same price $127 to Holiday in express. Because it’s under constraints they should disclose that can not provide hot breakfast and full breakfast. I would never pay that high price for that poor breakfast. But the room was beautiful clean modern remodeled.

It is important when you are remodeling a property, not to cancel the key services for your customers. I understand that the property will become or it is already a property that belongs to MARRIOTT, it has not being unveiled but you can see it, starting for the Wi-Fi password. So yesterday they cancel the breakfast without notifying the customers at the time of check in, and that is very low of the hotel, not to provide an option for the customer to have breakfast, as the service it is included in the rate you are paying. Did they give you a credit for that? Of course not, they charge the full amount of the rate, like they provided you all the services...No ethical at all!!!

Overall I was pretty happy with my experience in this hotel. It is clean and specious. However to my surprise, it doesn’t have a closet or cloth hangers, which was awkward to me. Another thing I was not particularly happy about was that we missed the breakfast time (up to 9:00), and no one told us about it. We thought it would be 10am.

The front desk clerks both were so amazing and understanding I had booked the room to get away from life but I had to run because my daughter had an accident and we ended up at the emergency so I was there 4 hours but I enjoyed my shower and nap

Upon check-in the going to the room.. The bed was unmade & the room clearly hadn't been cleaned. I went back to the front desk. They gave me a new room. Which at first seemed very nice. Waking up early on the 2nd morning i saw a cockroach crawling on the ceiling above the bed!!! I brought my concerns to the staff and was told i should have told them earlier.. Then they could have changed our room again & sprayed. Changing rooms at 630am was pointless as we checked out shortly after.. They also stated that since I'd booked through a 3rd party (CheapTickets.com) I'd need to contact them for any possible refund..

There was baby roaches all in the bathrooom. We asked the front desk lady if we can get fresh sheets she said no sorry she is the only one there and the free breakfast was them saying they didn’t have anything except cereal and we had to wait for the milk. I’m not sure how they have any good reviews.

Renovations are going on to convert this property to a Marriot Delta hotel. Currently has cheap rates. Breakfast was light with no hot food since the kitchen isn’t fully operational. Overall great value
