The property was under renovation, but no one was doing any work during the time I was there. The tv only had limited channels, smoke detector was removed from my room. AC unit in room was loud. The hotel rented to a large biker group who played loud music in the parking lot till midnight. Hallway smell like pot. Elevator was torn apart and unsafe. Not worth what the charge per night. I will never stay at a Ramada again.

This hotel is not as advertised. There is a club attached to it, drunk people screaming in the lobby and throughout the halls of the hotel, with nothing done by hotel management. There is no way an once of rest is happening if you stay here. Pot smoke filled the parking lot and lobby as well. They advertise upgraded rooms on their website and on Expedia, this is not true. The rooms are filthy and old. The only area upgraded in the hotel appears to be the front lobby. I would never recommend this hotel, unless you are going clubbing; definitely not a place to rest or bring a young family to.

The hotel is under construction. They fail to inform you there is no maid service. Only one elevator was in working order. The drapes had dead bugs on them. TV only had one working channel. We should have checked out. We think there was a wedding Saturday but kids were running in the halls and knocked at our door until midnight. The key didn’t open the door after one day so we had to go back downstairs for it to be reprogrammed. We would never stay here again.

Worst night in our life traveling after 25 years. Had a wedding going on until 6:30am People from the wedding were running and screaming up and down the halls, banging on our door. Never got to sleep, staff did nothing to stop the nonsense.

When I first walked in to check in neither myself or the front desk lady could hear each other because there was such loud music playing from the restaurant. This music was not only very loud but very vulgar! This was my immediate impression as soon as I walked in! The room was fine. However, coming back from dinner the entire hall reeked of marijuana! I will not be back.

This property is undergoing a fairly major remodel. There was meant to be breakfast, but the dining room was closed for remodel. The continental breakfast that was setup in the foyer was a joke. There was only one elevator in service and to start with you could not summon it on the 4th floor.We had to change rooms due a plumbing issue that was not a quick fix. I would have not chosen this hotel knowing it was in the state it was. Let alone pay the price they were asking. Not a good experience.

Worst experience I’ve had with Wyndham hotels to date. I ended up checking into the hotel around 3 AM due to traveling and was charged $25 for early or check-in which is OK. The problem now is that every room from the second to the top floor is being renovated and none of the sockets electrical worked or TV worke, and the rooms themselves rundown, and there were construction workers standing right in front of the second room I tried to move to because of the quality of the previous. Ultimately Wyndham should shut down this hotel, until renovations are complete, as the elevator is unsafe and still under renovation, and the quality of the room is wrecking the reputation. Now, with this being said, the two women that checked me in were great, they were very efficient. They knew what they were doing and they were very happy to help. This is not a staffing problem. It is a corporate management problem.

The staff was not that friendly they were not rude they just didn't seem to care, it was like with were bothering them. Breakfast is from 6-9am well I went down at 8 or 8:15 there was nothing I mean nother no coffee it really pissed me off if you going to put a time attached to breakfast then you should have enough to last. Desk clerk at that time acted like she did care I mean just kept saying there was no more I was very disappointed with hotel. The room made horrible noises bed sucked and blow dryer didn't work. Strange people hanging out it actually was feeling unsafe. I will be back

One of my worst experiences in a hotel
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, I was sleeping, and at 2:00am a random man opened my door. Obviously screamed because, it’s 2:00am, what is random man doing in my room. I called the lobby. The person in the counter made a “mistake” gave my room to somebody else, while I was there, sleeping. No apology. Just normal mistake to them. There was trash under the bed (empty cups, used napkins and crumbs of food). Nobody cleaned my room. Not even once. This despite I requested it twice to the lobby. They didn’t provide room cleaning at any moment, not even the routine cleaning they were suppose to do in the morning. Sketchy, dirty, and dangerous. Do not stay here.

Bed mattress was terrible. Hairdryer was broke and the front desk wouldn’t do anything to help. The couches in the lobby were absolutely filthy. The only positive thing was the person who checked me in was very nice. I will not recommend this motel yo anyone.

Basic amenities such as WiFi and microwave were not provided as advertised and expected. Housekeeping did not clean room or provide clean towels or bedsheets for 4-day stay while do-not-disturb tag was off and service was requested. Room was stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4-day stay. “Breakfast” was limited to bagels and occasional microwaveable oatmeal without utensils. Staff is rude. Would not recommend or stay at this hotel again.
