The staff was polite, the room was exceptional, and I praise them highly for allowing pets - so many motels don't. I was very pleased!!!

You can't go wrong with Residence Inn. All the 5 star reviewers were right on! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Having a full kitchen with our toddler was a big plus :) and the breakfast every morning was impressive!

“THE BEST HOTEL WE'VE STAYED IN !”

This is by far the best hotel we've stayed in. The hotel is brand new. The hotel staff were great. I never passed by one employe who didn't greet us first! From cleanliness to buffet breakfast, the staff wen't out of their way to make your stay great. Their was even a fire pit on the patio! We wish we could have stayed another week!

“Amelia Island Residence Inn”

The hotel was extremely friendly. They took excellent care of us. Every morning there was a hot breakfast. Nearly every night there was some kind of activity for the guests. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to the Amelia Island / Fernandina Beach area.

Overall great place to stay, walking distance to beach and places to eat. Very friendly staff, the hotel and it's rooms look brand new. Full kitchen in each room is a nice touch

“Great family hotel”

This is a great family hotel, even though it was just my wife and I traveling. The room environs were spacious, clean, orderly and pleasant. We had 2 >40inch LCD televisions to enjoy. The front desk was helpful and always available. We enjoyed riding the free rental bikes, but there was a limited supply of them on many of the days there. The pool and hot tub were full of children seemingly 24 hours per day, so we did not use those facilities. Just a short, 2-block walk to a very large, white sand beach.

“Great Family Getaway!”

The Residence Inn is in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood - about two blocks from a public beach on the Atlantic. It's a super quick drive (under five minutes) to the historic downtown, Fort Clinch, the grocery store, etc. The staff was friendly, and the property itself was immaculate. The outdoor seating space was the perfect place to relax and look up at the stars, and my daughter loved the heated whirlpool. It was the perfect place to stay for our anti-theme park trip to Florida with our four year-old daughter. If you're looking for a relaxing place to unwind and enjoy the scenery, this is it.

This is a great hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff was extremely friendly and the price was very reasonable. I would defintiely stay there again!

This Residence Inn has it all...attractive, modern decor, friendly and helpful staff, huge rooms and a great location. Not one thing was lacking, Did I mention that it was spotless! Can't wait to go back.!
