Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, room is great, location a short walk to the beach, restaurants abound. A shuttle bus is available to take you anywhere you want to go on the island. A broken iron was replaced upon request. Very quiet within the hotel. Price was reasonable for high season. All in all an enjoyable experience.

Suite was a good size however the cleaning staff does not clean or change the sheets between guests. I am allergic to dogs and when I got into bed I immediately broke out into hives and my face swelled up. I knew a dog had been in the bed and the sheets hadn’t been changed. So my first night there was miserable. The fact that a dog was in the room prior to our arrival was confirmed by the front desk. When I complained the next morning (as it was too late at night) was taken care of sheets changed and part of the room cleaned. Winter was great when checking us in and in rectifying the situation the best she could. It shouldn’t be an issue in the first place. Cleaning a room and changing sheets between guests should be a basic standard. The breakfast staff with the exception of one grumpy older lady and a girl who barely spoke English were great and welcoming. All the rest were super friendly and accommodating. Wouldn’t stay here again

Property in need of new mattress, ours was worn and sagging, and the plumbing made loud gurgling noises from the sink waking us up overnight. Also the coffemaker had parts missing and was nonfunctional. The cooking implements are very old and worn and need to be replaced.

Very nice, not perfect.
Most things were very good at this hotel, aside from the shower and sink(s) water slowing down to a complete stop occasionally. It would usually come back on in approx one minute, but its inconvenient when taking a shower, shaving or brushing teeth, and during our 4 day stay, it happened at least 3 or 4 times.

Watch out for hidden fees
Lovely hotel, very good breakfast with a lot of variety and healthy options . The hot tub was nice and the pool, although super cold. My main complaint is that they charged me $125 for pet fee, which is so ridiculous. I travel with my dog all the time have never paid over $ 35. Very dissatisfied.

It was clean. The staff was great. Any situation that arose was handled quickly, professionally, and with courtesy. The suite was fully equipped as stated. The rooms were sound proof. Full breakfast with great variety and staff to assist. We loved our stay.

We absolutely loved our suite! Everything was clean and we had plenty of space. What made our time the absolute best were the kind and friendly staff: Sage, Jeremy, and Zach. (Take good care of them as they are wonderful representatives of your hotel!) Seriously, I can’t express how they went out of their way to make our days upbeat and pleasant! Breakfast was awesome all 3 days and we really hated to leave. We look forward to staying there in the future and will highly recommend to all our friends.
