Cons: Room was a little tight for a suite, but that can't be changed since the rooms are already built. We wish you would have had on demand movie rentals.
Enjoyed the room and the view. It was clean and had nice design (colors and such).

Enjoyable time At Seaside Inn Amelia

Posted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: The lobby and dining area are very nice. Lots of choices for breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Only 90 minutes from our home.
Cons: Maid service. Our room was not listed as occupied so we had to ask for clean towels
Location: Nice restaurant just behind the Inn. Very close to the beach and a nice park. 10 minutes away from Fernandina
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Seaside Amelia Inn. I don't think they are completely finished with renovations. One of the 2 elevators was closed for 48 hrs. We had a great room with a view of the ocean and the park. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom very, very small. Breakfast menu had a lot of choices. Great location..just 3 miles from Fernandina Beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice cute hotel very close to beach.

Posted Oct 23, 2014
Pros: The proximity to the beach and the ocean view suites were awesome.
Cons: The hotel is a bit older and the sea air is hard on buildings. The rooms were good. The unit we had could use a coffee table.
Location: This hotel does require a mode of transportation, bike rentals are close, such as a car to visit the state park, Fort Clinch and the historic downtown
This is a great little hotel that offers free parking and great hot breakfasts in the morning. It is only steps away from the beach and the ocean view suites have awesome views of the sunrise every morning. Although it is a bit of a walk to downtown Ameilia it is a great place to relax and unwind. The staff was very accommodating, providing beach chairs and towels, so our stay was enjoyable. Would recommend this hotel and look forward to making it back.

Beautiful Stay

Posted Oct 21, 2014
Cons: You could bring all of those great restaurants from the other side of town over to oceanside.
Great beach access. Parking, though confusing at first, was superb. 20 steps from car to elevator, then another 5 to our room. Nice friendly service for breakfast. Very clean in all respects.

Quaint, cozy Inn

Absolutely loved this place!! The staff was amazing! Very helpful and personable. Loved it so much we stayed longer than originally planned. Breakfast was great, cooked to order with plenty of choices. Loved the fact that it was right on the beach. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing to watch from the roof top.

I was only there for 1 night but plan to go back for a longer stay. The staff was unbelievable, very friendly, very professional, very helpful. The rooms were very clean and well kept. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at the Seaside Amelia Inn to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay as well as a great beach.

Excellent service and good, made-to-order breakfast. Excellent location. Rooms are small, but adequate for a couple. Off street parking.
