“Excellent hotel, great value, wonderful service!”

This was my first stay at a Sleep Inn, but it won't be the last. The hotel was clean, the rooms were nicely appointed, the bathroom was large; the continental breakfast was excellent - my son enjoyed the fresh-cooked waffles! Customer service was friendly and extremely helpful. I was completely pleased by my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

the staff were very helpful, asked for directions to train station and they didn't just tell how to get they printed out a map with the directions. Food provided was good, but you do have to make your waffle if you want one. staff was kind and friendly. great place to stay, next time im in jacjsonville, fl that is where i'll stay.

“Hotel Great/Staff not so much”

Facility and accomodations were perfect. Contact at check in (Penny) was perfect. Check out was horrible. The lady was unable to check us out of both rooms. She understood that both rooms were prepaid through Expedia but couldn't zero out both rooms in her system. We finally just walked out as we knew we paid and figured it was her problem--not ours.

“One night stay”

Hotel and staff were great, the room I had smelled like cigarettes but I stayed here before in a non smoking room and did not have that problem. But overall this is a nice and convenient hotel to stay in.

“Odd Smell”

When we entered the hallway of the 2nd floor where our room was located there was a very strong smell that smelled like mildew, mold, and a combination of smoke perhaps combined with heavy duty cleaners. Was dreadful. The smell in the room was better but was still an odd smell. Still not quite sure what it was but we were so tired from driving that we fell asleep nonetheless.

“Hotel Stay”

Not in the best section of town. Swimming pool was fair. Room above us was noisy for a short while. Breakfast was average to good.
