The crew in morning is great. The older lady at the desk is very mean and unpleasant . I stayed there several day waiting for my house to become available . They ask you to turn in towels in linens in morning and pick up in the evening . I did that a few times and I work so I wouldn't get back till after 5 . The older white hair lady at desk would tell me me that they didn't write my room number down . . I ask her her could she look in back because I had no towels or sheets because I turned in for cleaning . Her exact comment was that's not her job that I needed to go walk around property and find housekeeping . Another thing he careful the jets stop working Alot . I got locked out of my room and the front desk closes at 11 . There's no emergency number to call and theres no security in property . The number to hotel is always busy .Luckily I had a friend to call and stayed the night at his house . I paid a night that I couldn't stay in room . I also told the front desk she said nothing she could do lol I mentioned it to the lady at desk she said the phones haven't worked in a long time . Stay away from here if you can . I don't recommend

Unfortunately we did not get to stay at this place, because we were practically chased away by Maria - the front desk clerk. Upon our arrival we were told that the room we have reserved is unavailable and she will not be charging us. Then we asked to see which room was available and we were shown a room on the noisiest part of the hotel, the room was not cleaned and did not have any blankets. We were again told to leave if we did not like it and the blankets are not available because it is an extended stay place and all the blankets are taken by the people that are staying here for over 1 month. So after driving for 7 hours we were forced to look for another place. Stay away from this place, don't even waste your time going there.

The upside, one of the few properties that did not require a deposit upon check in. If you work 3rd shift, due to other guests using the property as a long term stay, makes sleep almost impossible. The room had dirty floors, puke on the curtains, improper fitting sheets. Observed trash in multiple areas.

The location is close to the highway. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Our first time in a Studio was very pleasant. We liked the kitchenette.

This was the worst stay I experienced in the country especially being a truck driver I don’t recommend anyone to stay here, they have roaches at both locations, I was just passing through the mgmt on Phillips hwy was terrible, unprofessional, I got a refund roaches were in the bed, I can upload pics as well

For the price it is fine, it is a hotel to sleep in, it was clean and the staff was nice, nothing out of this world, but it did the job

We asked to view the room before booking the room. Quick view of the room seemed fair and the front desk person was very pleasant and understanding.After booking the room, we found the bathroom to filty and flies coming from the toilet. We immediately asked for out monies back and are still waiting for the refund to hit our account.

As this is an extended stay motel, there are some long term tenants humanly down on their luck. I’m not being judgmental I’m just saying the area didn’t feel the safest to me. The first stay I had a room change due to a smoke detector needing a new battery. The replacement room had several small German roach bugs on the walls. I kept my luggage zipped up, the second stay someone had smoked in my Non-smoking room. The air cleaner had done pretty well. Towel bars dangling. I won’t stay here again.

Worst Hotel Stay EVER
The property was in disarray. I paid for a non-smoking room, but the was cigarette stains on the edge of the bathtub. The tub was completely de-laminating. Poorly filled gaping holes around the tub. And no towels were provided. The lighting was atrocious. No ceiling lights anywhere including over the "kitchenette." And at no additional charge, I woke up to cockroaches on the counter. Worst hotel stay EVER.

When I first checked-in, the room provided had smelled of smoke (reserved a non-smoking room), the lights would not turn on, and there were several holes in the bathroom door and wall. I immediately packed up our things and went back to the office. The clerk was very help and got us another room. The new room was not much better. I believe it was in the process of being cleaned as there was only a top cover on the bed; no pillow or blanket and the bathroom had one used towel left for us.

We areived early. The clerk on duty said we couldnt check in early unless we paid a $20 fee. We opted out and returned 45 minutes later. We were greeted by a much nicer couple of clerks who got us checked into a ground floor room rather than a second level. Unfortunately the room was not clean, had no toilet paper, dead cockroaches, filthy floors, and smelled like animal urine. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. The door wouldn't close all of the way, and the latch was difficult to engage to secure our room. We won't recommend this location, nor will we be staying there again.

I stayed here for 2 weeks on business .. location was excellent access to all major highways and interstate.... Staff was very friendly and help me in any way that they could.... Love the little kitchenette didn't have to jump up early in the morning to go across the street to get my coffee plus!!!!

Perfect property if you are traveling for work or leisure at an extended stay. Rooms are spacious and modern! The property feels safe for the most part. The staff is awesome, Miss Sevilla is a great GM with her team Harley and Shakira!

No frill motel but decent stay
No frills. Front desk closes at 11pm. I actually locked myself out of my room when leaving at 4am and wanted to go back in but there was no way to get a replacement key. They need to have someone there 24 hours a day for cases like that.

Nice friendly place lots around to have fun.
Checking in was great no issues staff was very hospitable properly was clean and close to what I needed to do with out having to look for directions a food availability was nice. One issue was the water first room I had to move as the room above was I guess flooding. Second room toilet over flowed at 3am not one staff member on property to get help. Was able to resolve the issue myself at a minor cost.

What i love about studio 6 baymeadows its very clean comfortable affordable. And the staff is very wonderful and welcoming . Everyone is very nice . The pool the washer and dryers . Its home away from home .
