My husband and 17 month old stayed in one of the 2-room resort view villas. What a great experience from beginning to end! It's true that it is not the MOST kid friendly place we have ever been to for children under 3, but whenever we asked for something, we got it (e.g., high chair in our villa). Having our own full kitchen was really helpful in feeding our little one. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, which made up for soem of the lack of baby-friendliness. For examle, there's no hcanging table in the main check-in building, but ask for help and they'll practically drop everything to find you a changing station. The grounds are beautiful. The indoor and outdoor pools are fun and the beach is beautiful. The restaurants are pricey for family-style dining, but there is a regular supermarket 5 minutes away. The complex is extraordinarily large, but a helpful tram service seems always available and is available by phone as well. We would go back in a second - maybe not in late Jan when it is cooler than we found ideal. One of the best lodging experiences we have had.

We were looking to get away and relax and this was the perfect place to do it! I love the combination of the ocean and the shady trees. I would go back again for sure.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly and accomodating. Room was large with two comfortable queen size beds.

“Loud Noise”

The hotel was nice. The air/heat made a very loud noise when coming on which scares you if you are asleep. Other than that, everything else was wonderful.

This is a very large, luxurious resort. Many things to do - golf, tennis, cycle, shop, dine. Conference facilities top class.

Our suite was great. Really great to have washer and dryer in suite. Liked the whirlpool bathtub. Appreciated the quick check out.

“Wonderful Place for our 10th Anniversary”

We had a great stay here. Like someone else mentions when they say ocean view they are not kidding. The entire width of the room is a window and we had a spectaular view of the ocean and the pool. We had a couple of questions of the staff and they were all extremely helpful.
