“Wyndham not lived up to expectation”

I have stayed at several Wyndham hotels and this was more like s Super 8. Very dissappointed!!!

“Comfy bed but terrible lighting”

I only stayed one night here. It was pretty nice. I was going to Shands the next morning for an interview and it only took me about 10 minutes door to door. The only thing I was annoyed by was the incredibly poor lighting in the bathroom thankfully I didn't need to shave my legs that morning! Also Iwasnt expecting the $10 parking fee. Overall a good place to stay

“Cheap Motel Trying To Look Like A High Class Hotel”

Over priced for what it really is. A cheap motel set up to try and be a 3 or 4 star hotel. Lobby was great and gave high hopes for the room quality. Looks high class but was NO CLASS. Not enough people at the front desk. No one would answer the room service extension. Maintenance man arguing with the front desk personel about being backed up with work so stop calling him to do more. Checked two floors for a working ice machine. Finally had to call the front desk to bring me ice. It was my honeymoon night and the room disappointed. Will never stay there again or recommend anyone else do either.

Area recommendations

Tinseltown area is recommended because it is in walking distance to multiple stores and a movie theater.

“Dirty hotel, never going back!!!”

Hotel had a bad damp smell the whole time. When I checked into the hotel late in the evening, there was a hotel laundry bag with dirty sheets at my door and another a couple of doors down. I had to call the front desk a couple of hours later and tell them about it. The next morning as I left my room, i noticed a tray of food down the hall from my room. When I returned approximately six hours later, the same tray of food was still there!! The next day, i left my room early in the morning and returned at 6pm to find that my room still hadn't been cleaned. I decided not to make a big deal since I was checking out the next morning. The cleaning lady finally showed up to my room at around 7pm. She apologized and said she had been busy and gave me a set up clean towels. I DON'T recommend this hotel to anyone! Ive always enjoyed staying at Wyndham hotels, but this might have changed my whole perspective about the company!

“Great Service”

I appreciated the "Southern Hospitality" extended by every and I do mean every employee with whom I interacted. The only detraction of my satisfaction came from the ironing board left standing after I'd been away (for various meetings) all day. Additionally, I;m 5'8 and I had drinks delivered to my room. I put the glasses on top of the TV and they were there when I returned the next day I can accept the fact that the housekeeper was not aware or did not have time to look up and remove the glasses. Attention to detail 8 out of a possible 10.

“Not Impressed”

battery low on smoke detector - "chirped all night" ice machine on floor was broken coffee maker was not usable because it lacked parts breakfast was supposed to be included and when I checked in no one knew anything about it. Each morning for breakfast we had to wait in line at the desk for coupons. On my checkout bill there was a breakfast charge and once again we had to wait in line to discuss breakfast. Each time there was an issue the staff was helpful and polite.

“UNEXPECTED VALUE.”

Booked thru the blind sale on expedia....(I had never done this before).was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. Clean rooms, nice amenities, very nice staff. Only booked 1 night. Wish I had booked longer. Asked for additional night , but would have been almost 3x as much not thru expedia. Reading the reviews, I was hesitant about the Hotel....all for nothing....place was beautiful....will definately use again...:-)

“Don't stay at the Wyndham”

The rooms were not clean. There was noise all night long in the hallway - doors slamming, people yelling. The hotel did nothing to alleviate the situation.

“looking forward to my next stay !”

The hotel itself was nice but with on microwave or frig are some of the ameities one would expect for a weekend stay is the only real down side but the service was great and the buffet style breakfast is second to none.

“The worse hotel and service in my life”

The worse hotel and service in my life Booked room was not available The personel does not listen There are no towels in the room I got an offer to park my car on the street for $10 any place I can find. Its called selfparking. The bed are the most uncomfortable
