Great Location!

This hotel is very nice. The staff was excellent. The valet parking guys were very helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was awesome " I have to say". I dont understand why other people have been so negative about this hotel, I mean it's not the Ritz Carlton but like the saying goes, You get what you pay for??? And overall I would go back and stay..

“Great, helpful staff and comfy rooms”

The General Manager and all three desk attendants went out of their way to insure our travel plans were accomplished. The staff provided friendly and courteous service, dinner and destination recommendations. The lobby was comfortable and inviting, the rooms clean and comfortable.

“Convenient and likable”

The hotel staff were very accomodating and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was clean and very nice. It had a little fridge that I hated because it was noisy when it came on during the night, but the idea was good. It is convenient to everything along the water. Parking was no issue as we had a great time taking the water taxi to the stadium. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

“Fantastic Stay!”

While on a recent trip to Jacksonville to attend a handball competition my wife and I stayed at this hotel. What a pleasant surprise it was for us to find the level of quality at this hotel! The room was very comfortable and well maintained. The staff was courteous and friendly and the location to downtown Jacksonville could not be beat. There is some construction going on accross the street, but don't let that stop you. The construction won't last much longer, and the hotel is well worth the $ to stay there.

“Impressed at first sight”

The hotel was well kept and clean, the bedding was so comfy cozy and we even had a balcony overlooking the pool which came as a pleasant surprise. My friends and I will definitely make this a place to stay!

“Great Jacksonville Business hotel ***”

Excellent service, friendly atmosphere, great for a business stay. They have a smart chair in every room which has hook up for laptop and swingable tabletop arm chair arms.

I was only there for 2 days and would loved to stay for more. Will definitely stay again if I visit Jacksonville again!

The Wyndham Jacksonville Riverwalk is located perfectly along the river and it is a beautiful hotel. My wife and I were very well pleased. From the courteous staff ( valet, bell-hop, and receptionist), to the points of interest, we couldn't have picked a better hotel! BTW my wife gave me Kudos for picking such a nice spot for our weekend getaway! We would definately stay here again! Thank You Wyndham Jacksonville Riverwalk!
