“Warning...You'll have to pay to maintain your room”

Wonderful srtay for families and couple's. Staff are amazing and helpful. Check and out are a snap. Security is very curtius and watchful making your long outings from your room worry free. There was one set back and for my stay as a family get away or as couple that was very disapointing, was having to pay for up keep of our room. This was my second stay at Diamante Del Sol, Jack Costa Rica. Our prevouse stay included a every other day cleaning with re-supply of toiletries and bed making. This was not the case on our stay and no where was it made mention prior to booking. For a luxury stay and rating it is deffently made us look to another location for a vacation stay. The view and location are fabulous, but to pay $50 US every other day on top of all you pay for a 5 star experience was as a I stated a major disappointment. Stay if you like but know you'll be keeping yourself self entertained cleaning up while you look out upon your fabulous view.
