Not friendly Service - Very Opportunistic

The Hotel Location was good, rooms were good - But service was appalling. The Gym Opens as 8:00 AM(When it should be at 5:30AM). The front desk has no qualms about making the customer wait until they get confirmation on their own slow email system - Even when the Hotels.com confirmation is produced. In case of any additional days the hotel is inflexible and does not provide the same rates / service.

Pros: Great rooms for the price
Location: Close to airport. Multiplex cinema and small mall attached to it. Mariott and Radisson within a stones throw
At a distance from the main tourist attractions. Very good value for money. Restaurants adequate. Decent breakfast included.

Overall experience was not matching to the level you expect from welcome group. Staff need to learn a lot. Hotel window use to open up to passage connecting a multiplex, you dont get any privacy.
