A hotel staff asked me to pay again when I checked out, even though I have paid my trip upfront. When I told them I have already paid for the trip with Orbitz, they wanted to see my booking, my Paypal receipts... After getting my receipts shown, they asked me to wait for more to confirm if I indeed paid for it. What kind of customer service is that? How likely someone just walks into your hotel to stay for free?
Wasted half an hour of my trip for this nonsense.
Eventually, the staff apologized, not very sincere I must say.
