Nice location.

Close to Jaipur railway, metro train and sightseeing. Very curtious staff. Welcome staff, live music, good clean rooms, great food. enjoyed my stay at Jaipur. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible hotel, stay away!!

Terrible Hotel, lobby looks OK very but rooms are very bad. Bathrooms were dirty and had hair in the shower and water would not drain in the shower. When we complained about the shower, we were shifted to a different room but the shower had the same problem, water would not drain in it too. Beds were very uncomfortable and creaked every time we moved. Very poor maintenance, took multiple phone calls to the front desk to have the luggage delivered to the room.

Room paint etc. was peeling. Decor was useless

Food cost exorbitant, the cost disproportionate to type of dish and that too not mentioned in tariff. It is cheating.

性价比尚可 酒店设施相对比较老旧 地理位置比较偏 员工态度很好 酒店提供driver dorm 对于在印度租车旅行的很有帮助

Not worth the value for money spent.

Pros: Very hard to write if I liked anything.
Cons: Go through the points mentioned in my experience, this will answer your question.
1) AC is very noisy. 2) Wifi connectivity is a joke. I need to login to connect my device every 30 minutes or so. Every device needs a new login and password. Getting login id and password from reception is another challenge. 3) Remote control of the TV was in broken condition and when we asked for a replacement the reply to the situation was not at all welcoming. It was as if I have asked for a very big favor. 4) Room not in a good condition, amenities were provided at a bare minimum level. Tea/Coffee Sachets were like 2 each. How can a tea or coffee be made with just 2 sachets. 5) Mini Bar Refrigerator was not working properly. To avoid any inconvenience to the maintenance team, I simply disconnected it from the main power plug. 6) Bathroom lights are not evenly spread, its too dark. Not to mention we were provided with just one piece of bar soap, shampoo and conditioner. No hand towels. Luke warm water use to come after 10-15 mins of water running through the shower, I guess the definition of hot water needs to be changed. 7) No one from the hotel bothered to ask how was the stay, not to mention the front desk staff was not at all courteous. I suppose I can write more, but it will not matter much. My apologies to write the review late as I was caught up in my work.

Trevligt hotell

Vi checkade in väldigt sent , men blev direkt uppgraderade till en svit. Rummet var stort och trevligt, dock hittade vi hår i sängen. God mat och trevlig service. Mycket bra hotell, skulle gärna bo där igen!

Poor Service

Room Service & Housekeeping Service was too poor. I got accommodation after more then half hour wait at reception lounge even i had confirm reservation. Very poor service.Food was not good enough compare to rates.

Pros: maden på hotellet, og baren. Baren på hotellet var hyggelig.
Cons: Oplys kunder omkring støjen udefra. Og at man ikke kan sammenligne et 4 stjerners hotel i Danmark med Indien.
Location: Hotellet ligger centralt i jaipur, og der er masser af seværdigheder. Vi havde desværre ikke mulighed for at opleve disse, da vi var på forretningsrej
Dårligt hotel der overhovedet ikke lever op til det der bliver vist på nettet. Vi oplevet som det første at hotel personalet prøvet at narre os med et almindeligt hotelværelse, trods vi havde betalt for en suite. Derudover var der vand på gulvet i badeværelset, når vi havde været i bad, ca 4cm. Og det dryppede med vand ned på gulvet fra loftet. Generelt var det et værelse der var præget af slid og manglende pleje. Svømmepoolen var møg beskidt og durerne sad og "hyggede" sig i den. Også der var der totalt misvedligeholdt! Der var så meget larm fra togbanen ude foran vinduet til vores værelse, at vi efter to dage, måtte finde et andet hotel at være på, da vi ikke kunne sove om natten.

Furthermore the movement of trains in this area is extremely limited at night. We also now have special nets to ensure pigeons cannot come close to the swimming pool area thereby reducing any dirt from the areas adjoining the pool.
