great customer service

Pros: I really enjoyed the hospitality of the employee's they were wonderful and friendly.
Cons: Cleanliness when checking in. It would be nice to be able to walk around instead of having to take a taxi everywhere.
Location: There was nothing to do near by as far as we could see we had to take taxis everywhere.
Nothing nearby to do and no restaurants. Hotel restaurant over priced and not that great. Skip the massage not very friendly. House keeping, front desk, valets were wonderful. When we arrived the room had not been prepared for us. The floor was dirty and shower had standing water there was a moldy smell. When housekeeping came in later it was taken care of for the most part. My daughters room was a lot better much cleaner. Although the pool area was under construction it was beautiful. I would stay there again, but would have preferred being closer to a mall for the convenience of restaurant's.

good business/budget hotel

Decent value for the price was told wifi didn't work in the roon and would need a network cable but I was able to connect wirelessly on 6th floor.

Cons: nil
Average hotel. The rooms(2 rooms) I have are quite run down. Rooms are not well-lighted. TV reception in the room is poor. Not recommended. Hotel nearer to Ancol or within the Ancol area will be better as most of the attractions are nearby.

rooms look old and dingy but seem relatively clean. Breakfast was 2nd worst I have tried. There is absolutely nothing in the neighborhood. Luckily there are plenty of taxi's, but all hotels can get u a taxi. Harris and favehotel beat it for sure.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The pool is nice and the service was great and the room had everything you would want. Note that it is WIRED internet service, not wifi, so no wifi for the phone. There is Wifi on the ground floor. Breakfast was Ok, nothing really special but the presentation is very nice. I recommend purchasing the breakfast directly from the hotel, it is cheaper.
