The Hotel & rooms are old furniture need replace
The hotel is old and most of the things in the room are old and damage. The property and rooms must re-work condition.

The staff was terrible I bought new soccer shoes left them in my room and when I came back they were gone. I asked the staff about them maybe cleaning staff misplaced them & they then proceeded to accuse me of lying and all they did was write a report and “opened” an investigation. They were so rude about the situation and accused me of lying but did nothing to try to reimburse my cost or finding my shoes.

Its near to shopping Mall Mangga Dua. Just walking distance but far from Mangga Square. The taxi around hotel is quite expensive! But i am sure its out of your control. At night its nothing we can do near that area because Mangga Dua is close early around 6pm. To find halal food court also far and not so many stall near the hotel. Its important for me and my family of 6 to travel far without private car

Since i booked the hotel via Expedia, i am not allowed a late check out at all. Lady staff is not too friendly when checking in with a big frown on her face as if i hv not made any bookings. Bfsat is good.

This was my third, and probably the last visit to this hotel. They need a major renovation of the facility. At least they need to do drastic bug control measures. During my one week stay, the first thing I did when I got to the room was to kill roaches, at least 3 of them everyday. They were mostly in the bathroom but some also found on the TV cabinet and ON THE BED. The front desk kindly provided me an upgrade to the executive suite but I still saw them everyday and I also struggled with mosquitos. I saw mice in the restaurant and the lounge during my first and second visits. The restaurant served moldy cakes in the morning, the TV never picked up the signal and the remote didn't work correctly, the bell boy was insistent to carry my baggage and never left my room until got tipped. I emailed the hotel to ask about the payment after the visit but no reply. To be fair, most of the staff were friendly.

Doorman and receptionist is not welcoming upon arrival for a 5 stars hotel. I have to carry my own luggage throughout the check-in process. Receptionist clearly didn't care. Room is outdated and need serious repairs. Missing amenities such as facial towel, slipper, toothbrush. I have to call housekeeping to request it. Broken hair dryer. No cabinet for clothes storage. Dirty sheet. Old towel. Breakfast is below standard. Area is dead after 6pm. Stay away from this hotel.

Nice hotel but dated and in need of refurbishment, there were signs of wear and tear everywhere. Small things like USB sockets could improve the look and feel.

A hotel good for shopping
I booked 2 rooms. However when I arrived 1 room was ready although I arrived after the check in time. When I got the other room, towels and other amenities were not complete. I didnt like this situation.

HOTEL IS GOOD LOCATION FOR SHOPPING AT ITC MANGGA
FORNT DESK STAFF QUITE SLOW DURING CHECK-IN AND NOT HELPFUL WHEN TRYING TO CHANGE ROOM NO KETTLE IN ROOM. TOOK MANY PHONECALLS UNTIL NIGHT TIME TO GET ONE BATHROOM WAS RUNDOWN AND NOT CLEAN. TOWELS WERE MISSING. BED WAS OLD AND NOT COMFORTABLE TO SLEEP ON ANYMORE PHONE WAS OUT ON 2ND DAY OF STAY UNTIL CHECKOUT TIME MAINTENANCE DIDNT REPAIR PROPERLY. NO ALERT OR SECURITY EFFORT EVEN DURING EARTHQUAKE TREMBLE ON 16 DEC 2017.

Stayed this hotel due to friends recommendation Hotel lobby huge, but seems like too crowded with holiday families (local) mostly young child running around and parents or maids shouting to their kids and look more like market Bell boy area also very full with luggage’s waiting to be picked up, inside rooms also filled with young kids running, shouting, playing loudly, maybe it’s hokuday time Also found a La Carte food prices are not standard, different areas had different prices

The condition is a bit run down especially the toilet. No hand towel, only 1 glass and 2 pillows in my room. Iron board available only upon request. Hotel should put iron board in all room for guest convenient use.

Hotel is dirty and not maintained.
Stains over the walls, the floors weren't vacuumed, the gym literally fell apart in my hands and equipment didn't work. Some staff was friendly but weren't helpful. Laundry is stupid expensive and they put every piece in plastic on plastic hangers. I could've bought a new wardrobe for the price of cleaning mine

It was so terrible, we checked out early and ran
The lobby area was grand. But when you step into one of their rooms, it is extremely old and in need of an update. The wall paper is crusty and dirty. The floors are filthy. The drapes are old and stained with questionable marks. There are dust everywhere. The bed is that of a cheap motel quality. The worst part? The bathroom! The water spouted out yellow water. The draining was terrible, it flooded the whole bathroom. We called for a technician to come up and fix it and he said that it was normal. So we checked out early and left the next morning becaus we couldn’t stand the hotel. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Never again.

Great "macet" week in Jakarta
Great business and leisure stay in Jakarta. Enjoyed the unique "macet" experience and friendly people. Excellent hotel staff "oki" the trainee receptionist 4 her patience & helpfulness. Cheap Busway transportation (only 3500 Rupiah per trip) despite distance and jams
