I rearely complain but this time i am. The indoor pool was so cold my 10 year old grandson wouldnt get in it. The room we had was an adjoining room but we werent with anyone, with that being said the people they put in that room were VERY loud. Like deep male drunk voice all hours of the night till around 4:30 in the morning. Made it very difficult for our 250 mile drive the next morning.

Everything was right in walking distance so we could park at the hotel and just go. The hotel was nice, breakfast was good, the staff was all great! Room was perfect

It smelled like smoke everywhere and weed in the stairwells. Floors were all slippery from people running from the pool in the hotel halls. Piles of dirty food wrappers outside of rooms. Our room smelled like mildew. Beds seemed ok but we left and didn’t stay. Went to a different hotel.

While staying at the la Quinta hotel the staff has been very kind and courteous. We have our 3 young kids with us which we were concerned would be an issue since they are kids and can be loud at times but we had no issues with the hotel. The hotel is very clean, housekeeping always knocks on the door daily to see if you need anything. I bring this up because I have had issues with this at other hotels we have stayed at. I recommend this hotel over all other hotels in Jamestown NY.

First of all the swimming pool that looked very nice in the photos was in all actuality stained on the bottom and looked brown. The light inside the room was flickering and never did turn on. There is mold/mildew on top of the air conditioner. Bed sheets had stains, and the beds were very lumpy. This is only the beginning of the problems. Three people staying in this room , but only two towels, bathroom floor had visible footprints and when trying to wipe that the towel became BLACK!!! Got in the shower and then realized the door was broken, handle not attached , and off the track so wouldn’t shut. This was a huge mistake staying here and will not make that mistake again..

Didn’t have king room we reserved, if we wanted 2 queens we would have reserved them. Shower had gunk build up all around edges and floor except where water hit. Hallways smelt musty moldy and had numerous dehumidifiers in them. Breakfast was ok. Could have been a much nicer experience. Cannot recommend.

What a great place to stay. Free parking close to restaurants. Clean hotel. Free hot breakfast. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate 24 hrs. Nice gym facilities. They say free wifi however for the whole weekend we had no wifi. They said it was broken. The swimming pool was a little ify as well. Water didn't look swimable at all. Staff are super friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in Jamestown.

A nice stay in a work-in-progress.
The staff was very kind and well-intentioned. The person initially checking me was a little confused; he told me it was his first day. He handed me over to a more experienced staff member and I was able to complete my check in. My most significant disappointment was that the Wifi was not working. This was not an "amenity" but an expectation and I was very disappointed. Also, the door from the lobby into the laundry room was kept open and it was not a very good look.

Lady at the front desk was nice, There was no internet as the rotor went down. The hot tub also was not working. Being on the road for 2 days we were looking forward to the Whirlpool. Room was big, the pull out couch had no bedding and only 1 towel in the room. Hole in the wall from the door. Breakfast was good

I stayed here for 3 nights. The room, breakfast area, and lobby were dirty and poorly maintained. The rooms and hallways smelled musty. There was garbage, pop bottles and baby items left in the room, which means they aren’t being checked or cleaned properly. The front desk staff, breakfast attendant, and housekeepers congregated at the front desk constantly and complained about the guests and how they hated their jobs. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Very clean room.. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast.. we had a company x mas party at the DoubleTree, and they totally botched our reservation we quickly called La Quinta and they took us in on the spot but very helpful. Will never stay at a DoubleTree as long as I live.
