“Will stay again!”

They have a nice breakfast.Pool open to 9am to 10 pm.Alot of exercise equipment.Staff was great!The young desk clerk was so helpful and friendly.We just loved her.So close to the Lucy museum and other venues you could just walk.

“Not too good”

Had to have help with the Sleep Number bed. They had to give us a new control. Lady who helped us was nice. Staff tried to help, but management was lacking. There was no kleenex - "it has been ordered, but shipment hasn't come in." The heated pool was ice cold - the guy bringing towels said, "Oh., I better get the owner." Trash wasn't emptied or new plastic cups the first night. I left a note in the bathroom asking them to do the 2nd night. Had to go down for extra towels twice. The location is perfect for all the Lucy tourist things. I think, because of the big celebration in town, the management was overwhelmed. Talked to people in the elevators and they were all dissatisfied. The girls at the front desk were nice, but not helpful!

“Would not go back!”

NOTHING in the surrounding area! Breakfast was buffet style, not all that to choose from. Every table was dirty, only one person 'working' to clean. No one to really help during early check-out, was on the phone with another customer the enitre time.

“Never would go back.”

Our experience was very poor. Pool was not open at scheduled time. Noone was in a hurry to get it open either!! No towels in pool area, even after 2 request; never came. Had to walk back to room wet! No pools in exercise room facility. Machinery not working properly. Dining experience was horrible. Noone available for requests such as milk! Many dirty tables. Desk staff were VERY rude, however, maid staff were friendly.

“Definitely Satisfied”

I would stay again at the Clarion in Jamestown. The place was clean and the staff was very willing to accommodate my special requests. I especially appreciated that the hotel's ramp parking during the 4 winter days of my stay.

“Friendly people.”

The two problems I had were quickly resolved. The coffee maker in the room had a broken basket and was quickly replaced. One day the room was not cleaned when I returned in late afternoon. Found a girl who was quick to respond. Only disappointment, took it for granted service would be done without request when I had no "do not disturb" indication on the door.

“Not worth the price”

The Clarion hotel in Jamestown sounded like a good deal at the time. We learned soon after that you get what you pay for. We were excited by the indoor pool. However, the pool and the room were freezing and we didn't stay in it for very long. Then, the maid service did not come until later in the day when we were there. They didn't even come in and do maid service. She just handed my husband the towels and asked him to bring out the dirty ones along with the garbage. The breakfast in the morning was horrible. The eggs tasted like sponges and it took a long time for the breakfast buffet to be replenished of milk or hot food items. The staff was very nice but I do not recommend this hotel. There is not much in town other than the Lucy/Desi museum. So there is no benefit to staying in the downtown area.

“Would stay elsewhere”

We chose this hotel to save a few dollars. I wish I had paid more for somewhere else. Kind of a dark location, maybe because it was the weekend? I checked on my vehicle while there. Asked the staff about where to eat, they didn't know about anything. Excited to try a sleep number bed, they talked it up at the front desk and had a little display. Once in the room, it looked nice. But, all that went out the window. It was an awful played out bed, I didn't sleep good, and woke up with my back hurting.Next morning at 8:30 a.m. housekeeping barges in without k nocking, and the gal had an attitude because we did not put out the do not disturb sign. Calling the front desk to complain was a joke - 15 rings maybe... and a "hmmm o.k.". A few hairs in tub and some minor mold on shower curtain. Breakfast was ok, now I know why they threw in free breakfast at check-in, hoping we would not complain or write up a review. At check out I reiterated my concern about the rude housekeeper and the guy says yes, I spoke to you, guess I'll have to have a talk to her. Yeah, I feel confident that's gonna happen. On a bright note, they have a lovely portrait of Lucille Ball, that was an original, having hung in her home in CA when she was alive. They are walking distance to the Lucy museum, but I saw no activity there.
