hotel room was good, clean, etc.Posted Oct 18, 2013
lobby needed some work updating walls etc. seams on wall coverings coming apart. breakfast was good. got charged 2.5 times the amount for pet charges from what they listed on their web page. was not happy about that but manager was not in so could get nothing done. I do however expect a credit for the overcharge! don okrina

This was by far the dirtiest Comfort Inn we've been to!

OK after traveling all dayPosted Jul 22, 2013
Pros: It was a place to stay and was reasonably clean
Cons: overal maintenance, lights, air conditioning, fully functioning toilet
Location: Quite a few restaurants, right off of the freeway - easy access.
After driving 9 hours all we really needed was a bed and a shower. The bed was fine, the shower was ok, the air conditioning was noisy and difficult to control. Most of the lights in the room did not work. The employee refreshing the complimentary breakfast should have stayed in bed. She was inhospitable. The hallway and room had an odor that smelled like somone had smoked and the hotel tried to cover up the smell. The hotel was supposed to be smoke free. The toilet did not flush fully.

Clean and comfortable after a long dayPosted Jul 22, 2013
Pros: better breakfast than many other budget hotels
Cons: Updated bathroom.
Location: There is nothing to really do in this town, it's primarily a rest point while you're traveling to or from someplace else.
The hotel is clean and comfortable and located near several family dining establishments. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Nothing fancy here...just a nice place to rest after a long day of travel. Most hotels offering a "continental breakfast" are barely edible. While this hotel will not win any gourmet awards, they do get bonus points for having fresh scrambled eggs available in addition to the standard fare of yogurt cups, waffles and a selection of pastries.

Heavy baggagePosted Jul 16, 2013
Location: I was close to Frontier Village where the buffalo are located
This hotel is fine for a quick stay but not if your luggage is heavy or your ability to climb stairs is limited. There is no elevator and no assisted me with 3 bags
