“Recommendable Hotel”

Our visit to Janesville to see Family, we stayed at the Hampton because of all the Great attractions they offer, Swimming was one of our highlights, along with the Conntenial Breakfast. Staff very helpful and Friendly. Easy to get to. with many places around for dining and shopping . Our stay was all as expected. We will stay here again when needed.

This is the second time we've stayed here on our way from MSP to Chicago. It is a lovely hotel, has an incredible free breakfast and my wife always wants to order bedding from their catalog because the beds are so comfortable and well appointed!

I have never gotten a call when we went up to our room to see if everything was ok with our room before. I was then asked if the room was ok and if there was anything they could do for me or if I needed anything.

People that worked there were super nice. Bed was a little hard. Non-smoking room had the smell of smoke in it. We mentioned it at check out, and they were concerned and promised they would look into it.

Good value; comfortable hotel; great service when we needed assistance; wide variety and good quality of complimentary breakfast buffet made our stay pleasant.

If you have to travel to Janesville, might as well check in here for a comfortable room and good service. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful, and the bed was very comfortable.

“Reasonable rates, good place to stay.”

Staff at the front desk and in the hallways, including cleaning people, were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, and well-prepared, bowls replenished, etc. The breakfast room and tables and chairs were consistently cleaned, as guests came and went. The only negative was that the bed was saggy and not too comfortable. The hotel is undergoing a remodeling and refurbishing, Hopefully they will have new beds, too!
