Sweet suite.
Try to get the suite. Room 114. Larger than my first apartment. Strong shower with adjustable head, (massage function). Super hot water. Had to dial it way back. Kitchen, dining area, living area, two couches. Absolutely no complaints.

Room 208 toilet broke, but over all good stay
We stayed in room 208. The room was OK. Seemed to be set up for industrial/business stay, not so much for couples. The toilet was not working properly, did not flush properly, and since it was a "high pressure assist" type toilet, we did not know how to make adjustments, or "assist' in making it flush correctly. We alerted the front desk when we checked out that there was a problem with the toilet, but that did not do much to ensure our stay while we were there. Honestly... you don't know how good you have it in life until your toilet doesn't work. Overall, was very clean. Provided all items for over night stay. Keycard worked but toilet did NOT!!

The one room had bugs, and the other room the air wasn’t working good, and neither was the fridge, and the room smelled like mold

This place needs help
Place was in very poor condition. Holes in furniture, sticky carpet, stains everywhere, small and uncomfortable bed. We did not get a single good nights sleep. Room smelled bad and there was constant noise from the room above us. Front desk was friendly but that was the only highlight.

Terrible it wasn’t clean, we had to ask for towels cause they don’t clean unless you ask. We had go down and ask for clean towels and wash towels. Mildew in the bathroom. Swimming pool bugs everywhere in the water and flying on us Just very disappointed would not stay again.

There was one man walking around who was cleaning EVERYTHING! He was thorough and I was very impressed. However, we were there for five days. Our trash wasnt taken out until day four and our bed was not changed at all. Our room was smelly of mildew and cigarettes. And the night time desk attenant had a yappy dog who barked and woke me up more than once. She corrected it immediately but not before the damage was done. But the accodatiotions were ok for the price I guess. I felt safe and would feel comfortable going back. woke mHowever

Staff at front desk were very nice. First room smelled like smoke. Second room smelled like smoke. They offered the only other double they had vacant, but we didnt want to move. The top cover had cig holes. Parts of the room could have been cleaner. Plus when we turned on lights at night and there was the friendly cockroaches that live there.. that was enough. Again staff was very nice. Conditions of hotel need improvement. Housekeeping should be able to smell the smoke and do as much deep cleaning as possible. Some guests are highly allergic to the smoke. The rooms shouldnt be rented until that and the hotel bombed for cockroaches. They arent just in one room. Room next to us seemed to be ones that lived there full time and also had some drugs or extra curricular activities going on.

Never again. Everything about this hotel was disappointing. The only “hot breakfast” they had was waffles, other than that you got your choice of cereal and fruit. The room spelt like mildew/mold and everything felt damp, we were there with a pretty big group and ALL of their rooms smelled the same. The remote, refrigerator, and alarm clock all didn’t work in my room. Luckily I was away from the hotel majority of my trip or else I would’ve just left. This was just not a hotel that I felt comfortable, clean, or safe in.

The staff greeted me and was very kind. They already had my paper to sign and key card ready. That was very really convenient. We got right in. I would say that there are areas in the room that could get a little updated or painted, but for the price, I really can’t complain. We are still appreciative.
