Location: There are very limited things to do in Jasper, although they do have a river walk area with some activities (summer mostly)
Hotel a little above average, reasonably priced, noise between rooms somewhat an issue. Breakfast buffet was good, eggs, bacon, cereal, juice, waffles, rolls, gravy, fresh fruit (apples, oranges, bananas), coffee, tea in a nice room. Has a small game room, in-door pool and a gym room. Convenient to city, free parking. This is a somewhat small city and restaurants are limited.

The accommodations far exceeded our expectation. Will definitely seek Holiday Inn again in our future travels.

stayed here the night before going to Holiday World. It was about a half hour away, but worth it and a very straightforward drive. Pool was comfortable temp and clean. The hot tub water level was low but the staff addressed the problem right away. Beds very comfortable and rooms spacy. The staff was really nice and responsive. Hotel was clean and newer. There is a restaurant/ bar right out front. Easy access to the local town yet quiet and rural at the same time. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast area spacious and clean. We considered staying another night and the staff went out of their way to hook that up even though they were booked out. We eventually decided to just go home early, but would stay again for sure.

Pleasant stay in clean hotel

Pros: the room and breakfast
Cons: front desk staff--greet any guest who walks in the door, even if it's 6 a.m. and they don't feel like it
Had a suite with two queens for two nights. It was a spacious, clean room. Most front desk staff were friendly, but a couple of the employees at the front desk were not as friendly and courteous as I would have expected. In fact, one front desk employee was quite rude to my friend, who happened to be the bride in the wedding for which many hotel guests were in town for. However, other front desk staff were friendly and pleasant. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Excellent timing to hit the pool and hot tub (though the button push thingie wasn't working) before storming Holiday World next morning. We left our pillow - checked later that evening to no avail.
