Great Getaway for CouplesPosted Oct 17, 2012
Pros: The best part of the hotel would be the restaurant. Even if it is only for one meal, definitely take the splurge.
Cons: The least favorite part of the hotel was the mattress wasn't a comfort or pillow top, so a little springy. But nothing so bad to deter staying here.
Location: Gorgeous! Mountain views from the back deck. Easy to locate.
To get to the inn you drive over a wooden bridge (hence the hotel name), which is so cute. The whole place felt comfortable, and while we expected star service, it was without a pretentious or snobby attitude. The restaurant deserves all the credit it has received- the food and service were excellent. We would absolutely return, and will encourage friends to come with us when we do!

Nice hotel-- a landmark in Jasper.Posted Nov 13, 2011
Location: The Inn is conveniently located off to itself at the end of the business district, over a wooden bridge. I was traveling on business so it was perfect for me. The Inn is located on several acres and feels very safe.
the room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking woods and the North GA mountains-- with rocking chairs, too. It was very quiet with comfortable beds. My only minor inconvenience was that the toilet didn't flush efficiently. I ate in the cozy dining room and recommend the foods, also. I would definitely stay there again.
