Stunning location and we were lucky enough to have a room on the edge of the resort so fantastic views. Elk appear to have chosen our location for breakfast and a late afternoon nap, they were no bother at all and being so close to nature really added to our experience.
The restaurant and bar were lovely, good food and huge windows looking across the lake. Don't think we've ever stayed at a hotel with more attentive staff!
We loved the fact that you could take a number of hikes direct from the hotel, without the need for getting the car out.

Stayed for two nights.
It is a bit of a walk from downtown Jasper which also means it is in a quiet area.
There was ample parking, easy access to ice and Laundry facilities.
Many of the people staying there were retired and some came from as far away as Australia.

Room & breakfast were good. Check in & check out were not. It was all arranged for an early check in....never happened. The credit card was given to cover everything when checking in - it was a treat from parents - big mess when we checked out even though they had the card #.
