“The place to stay in Jasper”

The hotel was clean, the bed very very comfortable, the only negative thing would be the parking, we drive a large truck and the canopy would not fit under the drive shelter and so we had to park on the street. This would not be a problem for most people.

“Quite fine”

We had a great check-in experience with Jessee. They had upgraded our room to a mini-suite at no extra cost. The only negative was that we were overlooking the pool and the chlorine smell and humidity kept us from opening our window. Everything else was excellent. The building was quite attractive - beautiful flowers everywhere. We liked the location because it was outside the hustle and bustle of the core of town, but an easy 3 block walk to the center of things.

“Really enjoyed Maligne Lodge”

We had been on the road traveling for several days with an extended family group. We had two of the kitchenettes and just loved the rooms. With two separate bedrooms and a kitchen we had space to move about and make some home made meals to save some money. Beds were comfortable. Loved the hottub and there is sooooo much to do in the area. The breakfast is not complimentary. It is $15 for a good buffet I appreciated the staffs friendliness and found they were helpful when we asked for little extras.

“Would book again”

We were impressed by the size of the room. The room also had a fridge, stove and microwave with basic supplies.Indoor Pool and Outdoor hot tub were great, well maintained.

“Good hotel we stayed in Jasper.”

Nice hotel to stay and with reasonable price, every easy to find too; just off Rt.93 you will see it. We only stay 1 night there, before got there I didn't expect that good. Will stay there again if I have chance to go back to Jasper National Park.

Reasonable price, big room size, clean. The only thing I can complain is parking space, but that seems to be a common problem in Banff/Jasper area.

“A room with a view... of Whistlers”

The hotel is better than I expected, may be because it does not look that great on the outside. The service was great, the room was clean - very nice sheets. The bed was too soft my our liking, but that was the only complaint I had. We will be back.

“well situated hotel”

The Maligne Lodge is well situated motel in a quieter part of town for those without a car. The only problem is the road and train passing nearby which is probably true for most of Jasper town

“Maligne Jasper”

Front desk were very helpful and we made use of the hotels washing machines and drier. The pool was very pleasant after a hot day sightseeing. Didn't make use of the hot tub as it was too warm. Not far from the main road and railway track, but then nothing in Jasper is, so it is not very quiet.

“Feels like an older hotel, could do with an external make-over”

On balance, this hotel is fine, and I would go back again, but it just had the feel of an old building to it, and could do with a bit of a renovation.
