Good location and comfort for a decent price
- good location - comfortable, spacious room - decent price on weekdays - friendly staff and helpful - would be better if cleaning wouldn't last till late around 11pm as a bit a noisy in the corridor and some people sleep early. - water pressure head shower not great.

You canceled my reservation without informing me and I was surprised when I arrived to the hotel. Then I researched another hotel. It was bad experience, I was tired and hungry. ‏I hope that mistake does not happen again

My focus was on the children pool, Cold water no heaters available, only open for 3 hours!! Bad design of the pool area, avoid if you have children who wanna swim! Breakfast have variety specially the fresh "Man'oosha". In general their chef have a taste problem as many items are not tasty! The staff are very nice & with helpful attitude, room clean, quite rooms, central location

The hotel's location is great. Friendly reception staff (Mr. Islam), and he offered me a complementary upgrade of the room. Breakfast area and food options are excellent too. However, housekeeping service was a bit below expectation.

we enjoyed our stay at Boudl . every things was perfect . I booked with breakfast but they didn't provided it to us because we are in Ramadan. they should give us Iftar instead .

Wouldn't recommend staying here.
Very slow internet. No hot water in the morning and for most of day. Breakfast is extremely poor and many items taste weird. No hand towels in bathroom. No dry clean laundry service. Room keys need re-activating every day. Checkout takes forever.

There was no restaurant in the hotel. We had to go out to eat outside even though we wanted to eat in our room. Other than that, the hotel is great.

Nice New Hotel Not ready Yet for Guest!
New place, nice rooms and friendly staff. But they do not have resturant I went to my meetings without food. Also, the shower water was cooled, the shower was not working probably, the wardrobe is too short for my traditional dress (deshdasha), construction noise until 01:00am. Finally, SAR 770 is too much for this hotel.
