Poor hotel in a good area. Very noisy at night with traffic sounds from Tahlia St. Good places to eat locally.

Nice to stay for business trips.
Friendly staff. Next to Tahliya street which is one of the most happening street in Jeddah. Nice options of food, specially for Indians. Even if you don't like it, lots of good options in food court next to it including cheesecake factory. Just don't have high expectations and compare it with 5 stars. It's value for money for sure.

Convenient for Business Trip
The hotel building doesn't look old and it was conveniently located to many embassies. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Everything looks nice and clean but It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and it wasn't. It is difficult to find a non smoking room in the Middle East. They should install an alarm so when the cigarette smoke activates the alarm makes a sound so the hotel charges the guest a penalty for not respecting the non smoking rooms. Furniture looks nice and the bed was comfortable. I really hope future guests take care of the rooms so others can keep enjoying the amenities of the hotel.

الفندق نظيف ولكن يحتاج الى بعض التحسينات البسيطه جدا والسعر المناسب ٢٥٠. كحد اعلى اروع شي دورات المياه نظيفه تحتاج تدخلات بسيطه لاتذكر اتمنى ان يهتمو فيها

الموقع رائع ولكن....
الثلاجة لها رائحة غير جيدة، التلفزيون يخرب كل شوي، سيفون الحمام مايشتغل كويس، أدوات المطبخ ليست نظيفة جداً، الإضاءة صفراء جداً بشكل مزعج .. لكن الموقع جداً رائع .. ماعتقد راح أرجع ثاني للفندق
