Better than expected

Fastest check in. Good service and good food. Selection of the free hot beverages in room is great. Tim is clean with all emnities you require. I'll choose it again on my next trip to Jeddah.

* 오전 11시에 체크인을 해주어서 너무 좋았슴 * 객실은 그럭저럭... 남자 2명이어서 트윈룸으로 예약했는데, 싱글침대가 조금 작은 느낌 * 조식은 평범했고, 전문식당은 일식집 1곳 뿐. 그러나 맛은 기대 이하 * 수영장은 투숙기간 동안 수리 중이어서 아쉬웠음

An average hotel

Upon arriving to the hotel and checking in, I was greeted with a variety of juices. It was a very thoughtful thing to do. The breakfast wasn't included in the price of the room, but the selection was very nice. The lobby and main areas are very beautiful and modern, but the room are small and dated. The bed was very comfortable and clean, but it just looked a bit tired.

خدمة جيدة تحتاج للتطوير

بصفة عامة الاقامة جيدة ولكن هناك مشاكل في الانارة وبعض الاشياء الصغيرة مكسورة مثل علامة اتجاه القبلة و دفتر التعليمات غير متوافق مع ماهية الموجود مثل مواعيد عمل النادي الصحي وقائمة التليفزيون ولم يتوفر لي شاحن لهاتفي عند طلبي وباقي الخدمات ممتازة

Stayed in the royal club room. The rooms are clean, Staff is friendly. The breakfast in the dedicated lounge could be improved.
