I had a very comfortable five night stay. I think the breakfast was probably better than most i have had. Quick access to the highway, which made it a great base to explore the Louisville area. A short ten minute drive down the interstate to the Veterans Parkway exit, and there is just about any restaurant or store that you could want.

Very clean room and comfortable bed! Loved that it was only a few minutes drive from an Irish Pub with fabulous fish and chips!

There was hair in my breakfast
The check-in service was pretty great. Speedy. The room was clean for the most part. However, the tub was not cleaned properly. It had some kind of green cream in it. The breakfast service was a different story. They ran out of plates. The food and juice were not kept full. Most containers were consistently empty. I found a hair in my egg omlet that did not belong to me. The breakfast employee seemed rude and smiled little.

My kids had fun in the pool but it was very noisy in my room, could hear kids screaming for hours, could hear the people above us as well. Definitely not enough seating in the eating space. Check in lady looked like she hated her job.

Staff was nice but we stayed 5 nights and our room was not cleaned once. We had to remove our own trash and used towels. We also had to ask for our toiletries as we ran out.

Our stay was made much better by the great staff. No matter what time of the day or night the staff was always kind and willing to help. The area around the hotel was peaceful and clean. We never heard our fellow travelers through the walls. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was well stocked and always more variety than I expected. Our next visit to Kentucky will include a stay at the Fairfield in Jeffersonville.

Friendly, accommodating staff and comfy room that was quiet! Only issue was they ran out of some items at breakfast but understandable as they were fully booked for our Music Fest. Definitely will stay again next time!

Less than stellar service
Stood at the front desk for 25 minutes waiting on staff to return, called the listed phone number several times, no answer, staff finally arrived and was rude stating she was on her break, my husband had watched her sitting in a vehicle in front of the hotel smoking and visiting with a friend who was there in the lobby when she returned and again when we were in the lobby another gentlemen asked about towels for the pool, told they were out, he asked how long before some would be available as she is sitting visiting with her friend… it would be a long time, not any this evening for hotel guests.
