“Always a treat to visit.”

I go to the Hyatt every time I visit Jeju Island. It's always been relaxing and the spa helps me de-stress. Black sand beach on the right side of the hotel is rocky, secluded, and a wonderful place to sit and watch the waves roll in. The beach on the right is the swimming area. This hotel is a popular wedding site and has a charming chapel behind the hotel where outdoor buffets are held. Both the indoor and outdoor restaurants offer excellent food. The patio off the restaurant is a lovely, relaxing area overlooking the ocean and a tropical lawn space with outdoor swimming pool. The spa staff and services add to the relaxing atmosphere. Buy some fish food for the Koi fish in the lobby pond. They provide quite a show when the food comes out. A few ducks that join in the feast - very entertaining for youngsters and adults.

“Impressive hotel with amazing interior”

Beautifully laid out internally with rooms arranged around the outside of the circular hotel and a huge fish pond in the middle (including ducks!). Staff very helpful although some speak and understand English better than others. Wouldn't normally stay in a 5 star hotel but rates were very reasonable and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

the lobby receptionist were very nice to me and gave me treat to choose which scenic view do i want for my room, either facing the mountain our the sea. i know that facing the sea would be more costly but they gave it to me for free.for korean drama fanatic like me, you will have taste and glipmse of the shooting locations of the famous k-drama Boys before flowers and the food they ate in the hotel is served and named along with the drama . night time is cozy with the dim light and good danceable songs by two in-house singer and pianist. staffs mostly can speak english. they also give you discount when you dine like 10 % off if its your first time hyatt , 20% off if this is your second time.the hotel itself is already a tourist destination .

This was a great stay. The service was excellent and the ocean and facilities beautiful. We highly recommend fr everyone. We loved our stay.

“The friendliest most helpful staff.”

We will be going back as the service levels at this hotel were wonderful. The rooms and decor are a little bit 'tired' but the positive attitude of the staff more than makes up for it. Every meal we had was great and not over-priced like most hotels. It made it affordable to eat in rather than trudge around and find alternative food options. Also they have a little 'take-away' bakery where you could buy bottled water, freshly made coffee and baked goodies at 'normal' prices not inflated hotel prices. All in all a wonderful relaxing stay.

“Very Comfortable and Relaxing Stay”

Loved the hotel, it was the closest hotel to the beach. There is a stairway from the hotel leading straight to the beach. The bathroom was clean and lovely. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. I can't wait to go back.

Beautiful scenery, nice room with a great view. A little too far from the airport but worth it. The beach was only a few minutes from the room and was clean and spacious, though the water was a little rough for swimming. The food was good though a little expensive and there was not many other food choices in the area around the hotel. The lobby was beautiful and the staff spoke fluent English and was very helpful.
