Very nice hotel, not much else.

Pros: The size of the m
Cons: The non existent toothpaste and complementary bus to the airport. Korean nationals being disallowed entry in a rude way.
Location: In Jeju City. 10 minutes in a taxi will bring you to a beach/Loveland/Airport
The hotel was very big and very nice. The buffet was quite god too, not a big selection but very tasty. However the hotel doesn't provide toothpaste or toothbrushes which is strange because the crap hotels I've stayed in did. There were toothbrushes but you had to pay extortionate prices for them. The free shuttle bus to the airport does not exist. The staff just call you a taxi and you have to pay for it. They seem to have no idea that it is advertised on the website. Koreans are not allowed in the casino (I didn't know this) and the staff are not very nice about explaining that it is korean law, they just refuse entry and don't explain it. I would stay there again cause it's a nice room,

Convinience in location

Good. The room smells cigarettes's smoke and carpet needs to be replaced. Spacy room and good services. Best location, too.

over priced

Posted Sep 5, 2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel is way overpriced. Included in the $125 room fee for one night was the bed. We had to even pay extra to use some shampoo and conditioner, the pool and fitness centre had an entry fee on top of the room fee and breakfast was not included (and probably not worth the 19,000W we paid). We requested a non smoking room (twice) but was still put in a smoking room. The service was great, very friendly staff, and location is close to shops and restaurants as well as the airport.

Bed bugs

Posted Jun 14, 2011 on Hotels.com
This hotel is located near the airport and by many places to eat and shop. If it was not for the bed bugs, it would be very nice place to recommend. My wife and I were bitten everynight. The hotel is working on the issue.
