I think the hotel accommodations were deplorable. The lobby was dirty/dusty - windows cloudy and looked like they haven't been washed/cleaned in months. The rooms were outdated, my shade was torn, dead bug shell in the bed, the phones did not work (even after switching rooms), the heater was detached from wall in first room, the iron was missing the knob and I could not tell what setting I was using, the pool was out of order, and the towels were worn. The pictures online were VERY misleading.

We were so excited to stay here with our little one because of the indoor pool. However, nowhere online does it say the pool is closed. Total disappointment since it is advertised all over their website and on expedia. If you are booking for the convenience of the pool…. call before you book.

The beds was comfy. The pool is closed one reason we booked it. There was pubic hair in the tub that wasnt mine. My 3 year old woke up w8th bites on her arm pretty sure its bed bugs. The breakfast was nasty and i know its a hotel but ive stayed in hotels that the breakfast was way better. Pancake machine wasnt opened the bacon was burnt to a crisp. The gravy was pkay the apple juice was watered down. Honestly the inly positive thing i have to say is the staff was friendly.

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, when we checked in they said the pool was closed temporarily, wish they would have noted that on web site, would have looked some where else, but everything else was nice.

I liked the remodeled hotel. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was hearty. The only think is that my room has a pull out sofa bed and that part of the room seemed a little outdated. The sofa and sofa table didn’t match the design or the rest or the room. Also, my shower curtain was dirty.

Our room could have been a lot cleaner. In the bathroom the corners of the floor had dirt in them. The bath enclosure has a crack in it. The room overall needed detailed cleaning.

The hotel wasn’t close to full but it doesn’t matter apparently. Here you go sir, enjoy your room next to the elevator. I guess someone has to take it. L re as than friendly greeting by the staff. I swore when I last stayed here I wouldn’t be back. I thought two years was long enough for things To improve - I guess that was wishful thinking.

Wonderful experience. We only stayed one night but the service at the front desk and breakfast crew was fantastic! Their friendly attitudes made our holiday stay very merry. The rooms were recently renovated and very clean. Shower and bathroom products were great. The gym had a very good selection of free weights and cardio machines. Very happy with our stay and would stay again.

Property was in a nice location with several restaurants within walking the riverwalk right behind the hotel was quite nice. The only complaint is the hotel was rather noisy. You could hear disturbances or noise from The Other rooms.

We come every year for an ax throwing competition and my friends have a service dog that your staff repeatedly harassed and made the handler uncomfortable. None of us felt safe coming down to the lobby of the service dog was with us.
