it was ok. They could have utilized the room more.... large room with a little bed....why? Put us next to the construction containers when the hotel was far from full. Breakfast buffet was weak and nothing stood out.

Do not stay here

Outdated and very dirty. One of the employees, a 62 year old African american lady, was extremely rude. As I was getting breakfast for my kids, she told me if I dropped anything she would be mad and hand me a mop and make me clean it up. She talked my ear off about how much she wanted to go home and how cheap the hotel management was. The breakfast was terrible. Watery oatmeal and toast. There was hair all over the bathroom floor in our room. It was disgusting.

Nice,right by the exit

No issues. The hotel is located right near the exit and around different restaurants. Enjoyed my stay and room was clean

Not to good

Cons: Need a Major Update !
Location: Its Jennings LA there is not much around!
This place needs a major update, Rooms were not clean and smelled old too. Had burn holes from cigirettes on the top of bedding. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling! No a good experience. Day Inn needs to put a little money in the place to fix it up!! Paint, new carpet, new beds/bedding etc....

Great for an overnight stay

Pros: Very nice staff
Cons: It is an aging property that could use an update.
Location: Easy to get to location near where we needed to be the next morning at a very affordable rate.
We just needed a clean safe place to crash after a long day. This filled the bill.

A short visit

Pros: Close to the things we need to do and go to.
Cons: Improve the breakfast a bit.
Location: Right next to I-10 and also close to restaurants and shops.
The hotel was a good clean and comfortable place to stay for our time in Jennings. Plenty of good places to eat were near by and a short drive away from a Wal-Mart as well. Happy about our stay.

Not for a short got away vacation

When I stayed at the hotel this time, I asked to be allowed to check out at 12pm. The person at the front desk told me, I will put you down for it. Then about 45 minutes later, someone comes to ask me if I am checking out. I wasn't upset, because the last time I stayed there, 3 people at 3 different times came to ask me if I was checking out today. If your looking for somewhere to stay that is cheap and will be out prior to 11am, this would be a good place to stay, but if not, you would do better at the Hampton Inn across the street for this Days Inn.
