Rude hotel staff and overall bad experience

Posted Jul 21, 2014
The woman at the hotel desk was so incredibly rude when I asked her a question. The room was boiling the entire night even though we had the air on full blast. Wouldn't stay at another hilton after that.

Disappointing.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Clean up the place and give it a facelift.
Staff was MIA---called the Front Desk several times and no one answered. The hotel is run down and dirty.

Great staff

Rameez and Dafinee were great! Hotel is ok. Fitness and pool were ok. Good buffet. Ac worked nicely for such a humid day. It could use some renovation, but ok to stay for a night.

On The Run Tour

Posted Jul 14, 2014
I stayed there for the concert & loved it!!! The hotel was conveniently located across from the Metlife Stadium where the concert was held. The hotel was clean, the hotel staff was very friendly & the soft, plush pillows were the cherry on top!!!!

Last Minute Stay

Posted Jul 7, 2014
My husband and I were goin out for our anniversary an decided, last minute, to stay at a hotel close to where we were partying for the night. When we arrived, we were greeted with a very wen welcome. We got the city view and the room was cozy. We didn't need much as we didn't even bring a change of clothes. We ordered room service for breakfast and both the woman who took the order and the gentleman that delivered were super friendly and really wanting to make sure we got we wanted. The staff is one of a kind.

Close to Meadowlands

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: Room cleanliness and Proximity to my meetings
Cons: I believe an update to the restaurant - complete overhaul of the menu options and quality of products served.
Location: Short distance to NYC, close to the Meadowlands Sports Complex
They have recently changed from a Sheraton to a Hilton. They have updated a few things, but the food is lacking. Otherwise it is rather convenient to the Rutherford area. The shuttles are a bit hit or miss.

Nice hotel to stay if you plan to visit NYC

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: Shuttle service to nearby NJTransit train station (Secaucus Junction) is convenient.
Cons: Increase shuttle frequency at evening especially on busy season. Some passengers were left behind and had to wait for an extra bus to come...
Location: Visit New York city.
Hotel condition is OK. The only way to get there is through highways so plan your displacements before because no accommodations nearby.

Nice And close to izod center

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Overall experience was excellent..we were promised free shuttle to izod center then was later told $5 per person charge then learned they stopped shuttle and had to take taxi. Hotel staff emplyees spoke english but when questioned about shuttle service employees spoke spanish amongst themselves.and laughed not professional in my eyes especially when you are bilingual and heard conversation.
