Checked in late after (after midnight)a concert. Reason for staying to get sleep to drive home secondary to the bad weather. I told them I did not want a wake up call but I received one at 6 am. They did compensate me with free breakfast but it defeated the reason for my visit.

Location: went down town

The setup of the one king size was great. Clean, great customer service, loved the view from my window, shuttle service was very convenient given that it took me straight to the NJ transit train into the city.

Staff were so friendly at check in. The elevators were a little outdated and paint was chipping off the door. Bed was very comfortable and the views of NY city skyline were beautiful night and day.

I had planned for my boyfriend and myself to have nice night away for Valentine's Day and it was a great choice in choosing the Hilton. Great staff and cheap price.

Pros: restaurant, lobby, BED, room
Cons: hallways, elevators, icy parking lots
Very nice hotel with little outdates hallways and elevators (seriously HIlton ... you need some renovation) but from my experience a lot of NJ hotels look like that. BAR/Restaurant has extremely friendly staff and delicious food (little $$$ though)

Pros: Location for the purpose of our trip
Cons: Condition of room and maintenance
Location: Did not sight see
Room was clean but Heating and cooling only produced hot air. My parents were in Room 2010 and they had the door knob for the bathroom fall off and never fixed. One positive note is the staff was excellent and extremely accommodating.

Nice building, very close to the meadowlands

Pros: The building looked new and the rooms were nice. The bed was also pretty comfortable.
Cons: Not sure what would cause the heat to be out on a building this size. I would think that they would have backup HVAC systems.
Overall I was not pleased with my stay, there was no heat throughout the entire building on one of the coldest days so far this winter. I also had to call down 3 times for room service and after the 3rd call I ended up going down to the restaurant and getting the creamer and sugar for my tea on my own.
