The staff were amazing and the rooms were very clean. Also, the coffee and breakfast options were great! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!!

The room was very small and set up was not accommodating for a family. If you tried to sleep you heard every thing from hallway and other rooms. I have slept in cheaper places with better accommodations. Definitely not worth the money!

There was only 2 lights worked in our room. Water was dripping in the front. Found someone’s underwear and a hat left in a conner. It’s ridiculous!!!

Poor breakfast. Small breakfast area. Poor room cleaning service. Dirty carpets. When we arrived we found a rotten fruit underneath a sofa. Towel renewal only by request. Ameena and the reception staff were kind. Excellent bussing option. Overall, I will consider different options next time.

A perfect stay.......
The hotel is in a quiet area with restaurants within a short walk. The bus stop(320 Route) into the city is about 10ft away. The hotel is quiet even while under construction. The staff was helpful with our requests and they worked hard to keep the free breakfast replenished. They even have fresh NY bagels! Would certainly stay there again.

False advertising. No room service after a certain time . No pool as it was shown on the marketing page . Also renovation was happening. Our room was not show as in pictures. It was a great stay! I’d say a solid 4 out of 5. The room is a perfect size for a family with kids. Our room had a L-shaped couch that turned into a full size bed, in addition to the two beds already in the room. There were also two sinks. One of which was in a “mini-bar area” with a coffee maker and a mini-fridge. The staff is very accommodating, quick, and friendly! My only beef was that the room was not as clean as I hoped. The bathroom sink was clogged. There was visible fingerprints, dust/dirt, possible mold in the shower and the headboards had some smudges. I carry wipes with me, so I wiped them down. The lobby area has a dining area, a lounge area and a computer for customer use. They do offer a free breakfast. The best part of this hotel is the location!! There are several bus stops that take you to different places in NJ and take you to NY. There’s several dining and retail shops around the hotel, some of which are walking distance. One last thing, there was ongoing construction throughout the hotel, that started at 8 am and we heard it on the 6th floor. Overall, it’s a convenient hotel and I would consider staying here again.

Great
Stayed in Jersey for 5 nights, the room was amazing. Great size. Only issue was the water pressure in the shower was mid. The bus outside the hotel to New York was very handy. Overall the hotel was really nice.
